While I definitely dont particularly enjoy the drive (traffic congestion) on the way to and from my home in Palm Springs to Newport Beach to get the car serviced, I know its the right thing to do. FJ gets the service work done right...the first time.

I came with my husband to see Mercedes, only to see!! And we were looking for a 2015 model, but the model Juan had seen the previous day I did not like, then our salesman Dean Pontikos said there was another lot with lots of beautiful new cars I said but we dont want a new car, he said the car Im going to show you you will love it! I figure I had nothing to loose by looking. Long story short: we came out of the dealer with a new E 300 2018, Dean was very good at pointing out the features of the car and most importantly, the safety features I was delighted with this beautiful car and especially with Deans service and expertise, this is the best experienceI ever had buying a car thanks to Dean that gave us excellent service. The sales person was very very professional and courteous He answered all questions and made adequate suggestions. His manager was very supportive and flexible while negotiating the transaction. Buying a car is a significant decision; WHERE you decide to purchase your car is even MORE significant! I bought my E-350 (used) and had to bring it back because of a defective part. ( Hey stuff happens) I was prepared to hone in on my Johnny Cochran defenses if under the circumstances of servicing my vehicle wasnt handled properly. To my surprise - I was treated like a celebrity!! From Dan Schmidt whos level of customer service should imatated across the nation in all occupational series to Kevin Metcalf, the Assistant Manager of the loaner car process. This is why its so imperative to choose wisely when making such an important purchase--A facility that CONTINUES to honor you as a customer AFTER your purchase is a facility that you should want to keep in business. There was NOT ONE single employee that wasnt superseding the level of expectations regarding customer service. I was asked by 3 unknown employees "Hi, are you being helped?"
