I had a great experience at Flagship Motors. I looked at a Mercedes GLA 250 about 6 months ago. I knew I wanted this car, but it wasnt the right time. I met Paige Babcock initially, and she maintained contact at a level that I chose. It was not aggressive. She asked how often I wanted contacted, or if I did, and was respectful of my time. When I decided to buy, she made herself available, and was the perfect sales person. Also, I was not able to get the car during work time - so she literally delivered it to me at work, and went over everything!! I got the most beautiful flowers, and the best goody bag ever! Thanks Paige!!!!! A big positive shout-out to Darnell in finance. Likewise - she was down to earth and really knew her stuff. No hard pressure sales, but was very honest in helping me make objective good decisions for me. The manager always made sure to introduce themselves and work with me (and Paige) thanks Ken! It was very easy to work with this team!!!

I recently finalized my very first lease (E 300) from the Flagship Motors Mercedes dealership. From the very start it was a very pleasant experience. I was upfront about which car I wanted and at what price point. The whole process was very professionally handled and I was provided various options that appealed to my taste and financial appetite. I think its important that I highlight that Paige Babcock (who was the product specialist assigned) went above and beyond to get me exactly what I was looking for. She was patient during my questions and guided me through the ins and outs of how a lease works. Once I signed the PnS, she helped me get acquainted with the car and ensured everything that I asked was done before I picked up the car. A few days after I took the car home I realized I didnt have one of the document and she was nice enough to mail it to me. The customer service was brilliant and I want to thank her for helping me out. The dealership from start to finish was great. I highly recommend them and if you go there, you should definitely ask for Paige.

Has always helped me and she juggles waves a wand and makes it seamlessly happen this purchase no test drive and actually I didnt look at the car till I drove away !!!! I agreed to pick up the car the next day in the afternoon, but Lovette called me earlier in the day to tell me the car was ready to go whenever I was. He got me the most money for my trade in and he went above and beyond to make me happy. I would recommend working with Steve for your purchase. My experience at Flagship Motorcars was by far one the best ever. My sales guy (Lovette) was absolutely Phenomenal!! The service he provided was beyond exceptional! He was extremely patient and worked very diligently to ensure I was completely satisfied. I felt as if I was guest in his home and not just a regular customer. I value great customer service and exhibited that and more. The finance process was just as pleasant. The woman that assisted me was very kind, outgoing and very personable. I just picked up my new 2017 Mercedes C300 4Matic this morning and I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield but more so and especially from my Product Specialist, Ms. Paige Babcock. Her service went above and beyond any service I have ever received at a dealership. My transaction was a bit convoluted as it was transpiring just as I started a two week vacation in a remote location with limited cell service. Paige went miles out of her way to keep the transaction on track and secure a vehicle I would be happy with. I live 1,000 miles away and found the perfect car at Flagship. Because of previous committments the only way I could purchase this car was if the purchasing paperwork could be sent back and forth several times in less than a week. Dan pulled it off by without a hitch! We started the process on a Friday, UPSd documents back and forth 3 times and I flew out to Flagship the following Thursday. 6 Days from start to finish and I was driving a beautiful 2016 C450 AMG back home. I walked in and was warmly greeted by the entire staff. My sales rep, Dennis Saint Aubin, first asked me what y must haves were then let me drive a mode that fit what I was looking for. I fell in love with the car and new I had to have it. We went back to discuss what I liked and didnt like then searched their inventory to find the exact car. That was it. Dennis was a pleasure to deal with, answered all my questions and was actually listening to me unlink other places Ive been to. I drove away in my new car the next day. Dear Flagship Motors, You have a slogan that states, “We don’t sell cars, we help people buy themâ€. Now that sounds like a great philosophy, but pulling that off in the real world sounds like a tall order! I am a man in my mid-50s, with a wife and daughters, and have easily purchased 35-40 cars in my lifetime. I’ve dealt with many dealers of all foreign and domestic brands. I’ve had some good experiences and some really frustrating experiences. I do consider myself a “car guy†and I usually know exactly what I want, so I don’t usually deal with salespeople for very long. I just march in and state my needs, and whoever can find the exact automobile with the exact specs gets my business. I was recently coming off of a lease on a GMC Yukon Denali. I was in the rare position of not knowing what I wanted next. There I was, confused, vulnerable and ready to be completely roasted by a dealer’s sales staff!!! Needless to say, I was in no mood to go car shopping. But my lease was running out and I only had a few days free to shop so I went forth, into the fray. I thought I would start by looking at Mercedes SUVs. I had seen a used GL550 on your web site so I visited your dealer to “just take a lookâ€. When I arrived I was greeted by Paige Babcock. She spent the better half of the day with me. She listened to everything I was saying. She was patient with my ever changing perspective. She let me work my way through the process and figure out what it was that I really wanted. She never got frustrated when we drove a car and I said, “I don’t like itâ€. She never pushed me in any direction. She just helped to guide me towards the car that I liked. This is my second GL450 and my first experience left a bad taste about the Mercedes. The original dealer was stand-offish and aloof with me and my wife. I just thought it was the elitist stance of the brand. Because of Paige and your dealership, I now have a much more pleasurable and comfortable feeling about Mercedes. I absolutely love the car and am very pleased with the dealership experience! I have always thought that buying a car should be one of the more exciting moments in your life. When I first met Paige I told her that I was “ just lookingâ€, then a week later she was personally delivering a brand new GLS450 to my front door, (1 hour away from the dealer, mind you). When she was finished she asked me how she did?
