"No Contact After Purchase"

The initial perception was that this was a very professional staff with very friendly salesmen. Everyone went on about how they will go above and beyond well into the future if I ever need anything. Wasnt much pressure to buy but all in all a very good experience when I was there. However, not long after I purchased my car, I noticed my fob (my car is keyless) did not have the physical emergency key inside as its supposed to. Which basically means if my car battery dies I have no way to get into the car. Long story short, ive been calling, emailing, and online chatting for weeks with both service and management, with no response. I cant count how many times Ive heard "well get back to you". I even attempted to text my salesman since he said he would assist well beyond the sales pitch. No response whatsoever. Honestly it felt like a different story when I first got there but its just another car dealership. It seems now that Ive paid, Im on my own now.
