If I could give them zero stars, I would. My car was towed in at 10:00 for a flat tire, and was promised to be returned by 5:00 that same day. Not ONE PERSON called the enitre day! We had to make 3 calls to Heritage just to discover they were keeping my car OVERNIGHT for a flat tire! They promised the car would be ready by 11:00 the next morning. At NOON, I still didnt hear anything from the service department! I was so irrate.... when I called, I was transferred to 4 different people, and no manager was available to talk to me because they were on lunch!! Are you kidding me? A sevice person, Jessie, finally got on the phone and was filled with stupid excuses as to why they couldnt get the tire fixed.... they were too busy, there were problems with dispatch, on and on... then he actually hung up on me bacause I told him what terrible service they had! Proves my point... I didnt get my car back until 2:00.... for a FLAT TIRE!! I will gladly take my service to Turlock or Oakdale in the future.

Car Shopping and buying is not a fun thing to do if you come across the wrong sales person, however sometimes you luck changes when you meet the right combination of a dealership and staff that is there to assist you and listens to what you needs are, Heritage Ford is such a place. My sales rep was easy going, not pushy and well informed on the product and his instructions were easly understood. I was well treated and the buying experience was the fastest that I had ever experience under 2.5 hours from walking in to driving out.

I found the car on Car fax and contacted the dealer to make an appointment to view. I drove over 50 miles to see the car. I decided to buy as I already was pre qualified for financing. I also had a guaranteed trade in value from another dealer I was contemplating. I asked if that could be matched. I was told by the salesperson that that wouldnt be an issue. I was at the dealer for almost 4 hour waiting for them to try to match my financing They couldnt match the rate I had and they couldnt contact my lender since it was a Sunday. Well now it almost a week later my lender has worked with them and the deal almost finally done. Until I find out they wont match the trade in value, we are not looking at a lot of money only 500$. They refused to drop the price or match the guaranteed trade in value. After all of this ,I finally walked away from this deal.

After my initial contact with a salesman to find the car I wanted (assume he was new or something) I received no contact or response, so I had to initiate another contact by email/ text to get any response. Ultimately I was routed to the Sales Manager Oscar who was extremely helpful and located a vehicle I wanted very quickly. Even though they vehicle was not in their lot/inventory he invited me in to review a cost sheet and see if he could re-claim my business. Everything went smoothly from there and we quickly closed the sale. Very please with the outcome and the very short time it took to conclude the paperwork

My wife and I decided it was time to upgrade our vehicle for our soon to be growing family. We went to three different dealerships in Modesto and found that not only did Heritage Ford have the best vehicles for our needs, but the most friendly and informed staff as well! There wasnt a question that our guy, Leo, couldnt answer for us! He was not only knowledgeable, but very attentive as well. He encouraged us to test drive different vehicles and actively searched for other cars at Heritage Ford (and elsewhere) that fit our specifications. By the end of our visit we knew that we wouldnt be leaving without a brand new Ford Explorer! Thank you to Leo and to Heritage Ford, we love our new car!

I was a nice experience there. I was able to locate the exact Truck, options and more without being dragged around looking at a dozen vehicles. The sales person opened up a Lariat that had lost of options, he showed me the different ones and I said yes or no and if it was available for the Truck & price I was looking for. Based on that information he took me to the 1st Truck, it was close but exactly what I wanted, but next Truck was it. Boom, we were done.
