The only thing I was not pleased with was the length of time it took (over a month) due to the unavailability of parts, despite the car only being ten years old (I wouldnt expect these parts to only be used exclusively on my model -- CLK550). But the work itself seems to have been done well.

My 2006 Mercedes Benz S 500 developed an issue with the central locking of doors, had intermittent issues with Keyless Go and driver and passenger side doors lock actuators not performing. Dropped the car in with Todd, the Assistant Service Manager on July 15th, got a loaner car and although the process took a bit longer than I hoped for, but the end result was very satisfactory. Todd was excellent in communicating with me every step of the way. Called me regularly with updates. Worked out a very good price for the services on parts and labor. He will be my go to guy at this dealership.

Engineering On My Mercedes S550 is terrible. At 45,000 miles and 4 years, with my warrantee just expiring (conveniently for the dealer), I had the car serviced and found out the motor and transmission mounts needed replacing! Cost $1,800.
