I received one response via email regarding an inquiry on a Mercedes. Placed an application on their website and never received a reply. They never offered any assistance.

Hello Al If you would check the first email that we sent you, you will see that we mentioned this vehicle is cash only, we do not have financing on any of our cars. You decided to fill out an application online without even informing us. We tried to call you via phone, but there is no answer. As far as it goes with customer service, we did reply to your inquiry even though you were not a prospective customer. A prospective customer will call the dealership before they leave all of their personal information online.(this is for your own security)

I was inquiring about a corvette they had for sale and I told the sales rep that I was from out of town and I would either fly down to look at the vette or have it shipped to me. When I told the rep that I was from Canada, he said very rudely...That we dont deal with Canadians because it is too much Hassle!!! Wow I was shocked and insulted Just so you know there is 30 Million people living in Canada

This decision had nothing to do with your Country specifically or your countrys population. Selling cars to a different country requires different paper works and procedures. I would absolutely, without hesitation recommend NIAN Guaranty Auto to anyone looking for a used vehicle and people they can trust. I was amazed at the professionalism and kindness shown to us from even our interaction on the phone. Often character and integrity are not synonymous with Car Sales and the car business and yet these people, David and Edward changed that misconception and perception for me. They may be one in a million, but they are one in a million.

Although I didnt buy a vehicle from this dealership, David was very helpful, very upfront and honest with me when I was searching for a vehicle. They were not pushy, but very very helpful in providing information about a particular vehicle I was interested in. Will recommend them to everyone.

I trekked up Fair Oaks on the bus to NW Pasadena a couple of weeks ago (and that bus ride is not for the faint of heart, let me tell you) to check out a VW Golf advertised on Craigslist by Nian Guaranty Auto. Long story short, I got a car-buying education free of charge. David, the salesman who helped me, went above and beyond in explaining to me the entire alchemy of used car purchasing. He talked with me selflessly for over thirty minutes, after I had already turned down the Golf. He elaborated candidly on warranties, what "as is" means and how to avoid it, how exactly to get a car loan from the bank, how not to get scammed at the dealership, and the mechanisms behind used car financing and how the dealerships make money. I am a girl buying a car alone, and have made some poor decisions in this regard in the past, so Davids time and expertise were truly a blessing to me. These guys are fair, totally honest about their own inventory, and will help you in whatever way they can, even if they dont get anything out of it. Thanks for everything Nian Guaranty Auto!
