I bought 2 cars last year, 1998 BMW 540i and 2002 White Jaguar X Type, wifes dream car. The Jaguar needed some expensive work about $2K if not more and a trip to the Jaguar dealer, and it all came out of the owners pocket. As a customer I showed patience during the repairs versus calling and yelling every day which doesnt help anything. Mike didnt have to do any of it since I was buying the car "AS IS". If the customer acts professional you get professional service back. Which brings me to today. Wife hit something on the highway and insurance totaled the Jaguar from the damage. Without a second thouht we went right back to RT. 69 Auto and looked for Robert, our salesman from last year, to break the bad news about the Jag and that we needed a new car. We had 2 conditions, AWD and $4000 or less off the lot. In less than an hour we test drove an Acura MDX listed for $4k. It was in immaculate condition inside and out. As everyone knows it costs extra for fees, taxes, and registration. You have to pay the state its share. In the end Mike the owner and Robert really took care of us and we got a great vehicle and didnt go over our budget. When Im ready to upgrade from my 540i which still runs great I will be right back at RT. 69 Auto.
