"Not Satistfied"

I hate to break it to them but im not satisfied with global at the moment. I had my car at the dealership for close to a month now. Im very upset because first of all to get an update on my car i had to personally call global and ask about my car. They didnt even care of the fact that i had no car. I work and pay for my car on time. They couldve just advised me on what to do since i wouldnt be getting my car for a whole month. My car is 2016 Hyundai Sonata and when i got the car i would figure i wouldnt have trouble with it especially a mechanical problem like this. With that being said i also take my car only to Global for ANY service i may need. I trusted global for the reason that they say they have experts on Hyundai cars. My car wasnt crashed i take it for oil change every time it needs it so i dont see why car had a leaking problem if it was being maintained by an expert on Hyundai. A little heads up wouldve been great. At the moment im really doubting global as they have failed me for customer service. Im very upset with this because my car is important to me and i trusted global with my car. I will also be looking further into this matter because it is just not acceptable

Horrible customer service. Read the reviews on YELP and you will see that I am not the only one that shares this opinion. If I could give negative stars, I would. To make a long story short. I was interested in buying a used car, a 2015 Chevy Malibu to be exact. I made an offer on Tuesday to let them know my target price and despite several attempts to have them review my offer and get back to me, I got nothing. No calls, no emails, nothing. Every time I contacted them, I got the same run around that someone will contact me shortly but it never happened. Again, please see all of the negative reviews on YELP (and they have A LOT) before considering buying from this dealership.

I commute long distances to work daily and put a lot of miles on my Trailblazer (so far over 160K), so want to make sure that it runs well with no issues. Brett was amazing as soon as when we went in. He recognized my fiancé and I right away even though we had only met him once before 3 months ago. He sat us down, checked us in and told us exactly what needed to be done to our cars and how much it would cost. I appreciated the way he spoke to us because he was "real". I could tell he wasnt trying to get anything over on us. My fiancé and I had both of our cars serviced for routine maintenance, one right after the other and each was done in under an hour. Global Auto has been amazing from purchasing my new Chevy to the Service department . I went in for my first oil change. Everything was perfect. From the time I pulled up - it was raining and I had never been to the service department I pulled up and a gentleman in the area didnt hesitate to ask if I needed help- when I told him I was looking for the service department he said just pull up under the awning and he will take care of it. I have always gotten prompt service for each of my visits. Nick in the Chevy service side has gone beyond my exception, during one of my visit last summer. I drop off my truck on Monday. I needed an oil change and a dent in my vendor repair, dont ask. I had to travel out of town that week. They gave me a ride home and pick me up at the end of the week. I had a summer vacation schedule and time was going to be tight. When I drop off the truck the interior was full of dog hair. Well I was so please to see my truck was cleaned inside and out. The Genesis I bought is terrific! Thank you for making a quality product for a reasonable price. The salesman Guy Harris and his sales manager Mike V. worked hard to get me the car I wanted. I have already recommended them and the dealership to several friends who were admiring the car. The positive ratings the Genesis received in Consumer Reports played a major part in my purchase. A friend knows a mechanic at Mercedes and he indicted Hyundai is giving them a lot of competition. Please keep up the good work.

I chose Global because of the salesperson Chris Santos. I met Chris back in 2013 when I went there to lease a Sonata. Chris sat down with me and listened intently as to what I wanted. No high pressure sales tactics with Chris. Just honest dialogue. I talked to another customer of Chris while he was waiting for his vehicle to be prepped and he told me he went to two other Hyundai dealerships but he got the ABSOLUTE BEST deal with Chris at Global. I made up my mind that night Id be returning when my lease was up. Also mentionable is Brad Brown in Finance. He didnt try and sell me any additional "add ons" that would elevate the outstanding deal I got. On a footnote to the reader of this posting, I did this review on my smartphone. For whatever technical reason this website did not permit me to give "stars" next to the appropriate fields. As a result I checked Not Applicable but I want the reader to understand I would give Global 5 Stars!

"Worst Experience"

We were lied to by our salesperson when we bought our car. We were told the car we chose and ultimately purchased was a certified preowned. After the check engine light came on after only 4 months of owning the car, we brought the car in to be fixed. We were told it was not a certified preowned! Basically, we were lied to by our salesperson. We will never purchase a car here again. The customer service we experienced throughout the process was incompetent and rude to say the least.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at Global Automall. Three years ago I leased by Hyundai Elantra coupe and although I dont remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, I do remember what a pleasant experience I had. He worked long and hard to make sure I got a deal that I was comfortable with and my father would agree with. My father is a very tough guy when it comes to shopping and is constantly looking for the BEST deal and the people at Global Automall were able to deliver it without ever being pushy, annoying, and impatient. I was able to leave the dealership that same day with my brand new car and then next day when we came back to finish signing off the papers and all of the hidden charges starting coming up the team at Global Automat were able to completely drop all of it for my convenience. I do remember the sales rep asking me constantly to give him a good review once the dealership called me within the next few days asking about my experience. This guy was obviously someone who cares about his stats and cared to keep up with his 5 stars service stat, and thats why i made sure to take off from my day to give him a good rating. I truly felt like I had such a wonderful experience leasing my first brand new car. Three years later and now its time to return my car. I called Global Automall and left a message with Rich saying I needed to schedule a date to bring my car back, when i called it happened to be his day off and his secretary told me to leave him a message and he would get back to me the next day. Because I was in a rush I also tried calling other Hyundai dealerships to try and schedule an appointment and left plenty of voice messages and no one returned my call. The very next day bright and early I received the phone call back from Rich (just as his secretary said i would) and was able to set an appointment through him. None of the other dealerships have gotten back to me yet.....its been three days since i called. So my point is Global Automall gave me a wonderful experience from begging to end and although I am not ready to purchase or lease another car yet, when i am, I will more than gladly return to Global Automall.
