"Jaguar Shopping"
Visited this dealership to see a Jaguar that was advertised. Car was there but very hard to get to, dirty, and packed in so closely to others that we couldnt get the drivers door open enough to get inside. Fellow working there was friendly and managed to get into car, started engine which sounded terrible. Dont think Ill be shopping there again.

My wife and I bought a 2003 VW GTI from this dealership. We dealt with Sal from beginning to end. Sal was good to work with. We are in Georgia, some 2000 miles away from the dealership and were a little uneasy about buying a car sight unseen. The local VW dealership was willing to perform, a pre-purchase inspection for us and Sal got the car there within an hour of us letting him know! The car was in great condition and the dealership found nothing wrong and even commented that it was in well above average condition for a 12 year old car. Sal got the paperwork to us via overnight courier and had everything marked for signature. The paperwork couldnt have been easier. He provided a Carfax report without my even asking for it. There are only a few small items that keep me from giving 5 stars and I will admit that perhaps Im being too picky. First, there was only 1 key and key fob with the car. The cost of a spare key and fob will be about $300 for me. While Sal told me there was only one key, this was only after I noticed that and called. With such a high cost (Ive called 4 local locksmiths and 3 dealerships), I believe this should have been mentioned to me before the car was paid for and shipped. Second, the car arrived via car carrier with less than an 1/8 of a tank of gas. Ive never bought a used car from a dealership that didnt come with a full tank of fuel even if it had to be shipped to me. Maybe Ive been lucky, but this just seemed cheap. Finally, the washer fluid reservoir was filled with tap water. It was perfectly clear, had no smell and I even tasted some. Plain water. So, again, while I may be being overly picky, these are the reasons for only 4 stars. I must say that we would buy from this dealership again. Gas and tap water are not reasons to dismiss the dealership as these could have just been oversights. The cars interior was obviously well cleaned for the sale and arrived with plastic guards on the carpets which was very thoughtful. I will always remember to ask for how many factory keys come with a used car as they can obviously be quite costly. In the end, the car was as advertised and we are very happy with it. In my opinion you can buy with confidence from this dealership even if you are 2000+ miles away!.
