My husband and I just just purchased a Chevrolet Tahoe from Brian and couldnt be happier. Purchasing a new car can often be a hassle and frustration. Brian and the entire team at PBs made the process seamless, and the experience enjoyable. We certainly didnt anticipate driving off the lot in a new car the same day, but Brian did everything in their power to make our decision an easy and comfortable one. I asked a question about the car by email. My question was simple, and about when it was last inspected? (Sticker on windshield?) The reply was.. "Its a wholesale as is car, so it would be best to come down and check it out since it has not been in our shop." In other words, take a 2 hour drive and check it out because, I am not interested in helping you by email. I NOT impressed with their willingness to help! I dont want to waste about 4 hours to find out that the car was last on the road 5 or more years ago!

PBs auto village is the place to go if you ever want a vehicle ! I personally wanted a truck for this winter so i went in and Rob and Brian came right up to me and wanted to help . Nicest guys ever ! They showed me a few trucks , we drove some and i told them which one i wanted and they told me all about the truck before i bought it . I only trust these guys every other car place ive been to they were rude and lied to me ! But not these guys ! Coolest and most helpful guys around . If i ever need one of my vehicles fixed im going there because they get the job done accurately and pretty quick depending on the job. Best service around and nice vehicles on the lot . I had been searching for a new car for a while, with no luck, when my fiancé came across a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee for sale at this dealership. We drove up to check out the car, and were very impressed with the condition of the vehicle and the dealership itself. Nick kept in contact with me throughout the whole process, making sure I was kept up to date with everything that was going on. He definitely went the extra mile, even when we had an issue with Mass RMV, he apologized profusely even though nothing that went wrong was his fault. Brian was very efficient in explaining all the closing paperwork and making sure we understood our payments and interest rate. Overall, this is the best dealership Ive ever dealt with. Theyre fair, honest, and dont try to give you the run around. Theyre not pushy, nor do they pressure you to buy. I will recommend them over and over to anyone I can, and if I need a newer car again, Ill definitely come here first!

was intrested to get a vehicle from this dealer however when asking for the car check all I got was the run around and some snippy answer from Justin..the customer experience is not what expected .I felt like I was bothering him ,he got really upset because i called out the wrong vehicle .Once we strightened that out when i asked the second time for him to share the clean vehicle check ..I got crickets..too bad it looked promising but like they say if you cant get a clean report dont walk RUN!! good luck

I was referred to Pbs Auto Village by a friend who claimed to have a great experience purchasing a car from them. My experience was close to the same other than the fact Id say mine was excellent!!! Rob was not a pushy sales man and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Their selection was so good I had a hard time choosing which vehicle I wanted. The final paperwork was made very easy by Brian and went quick and smoothly. I love my new car and the fact I can bring it back there to be serviced in theyre on site garage!!!
