Had been searching for a certain Ford F-150 truck. Saw a ad online and went in for a view. There was no pressure from any sales person! Walked into the sales area and met Chip. He was very friendly and help show us the Ford F-150s that they had in stock. This search had been going on for 5 months and there it was ! Chip showed us all the reports on the trucks in stock. He listen very carefully for what we wanted and didnt try to push for a sale! In the end, I cancelled my appointment, as I decided not to get a car at this time), but received great customer service during the process.

I recently bought a used Mitsubishi Montero Anniversary Edition from Niello Infiniti and was very pleased with everything about my experience. A couple days after I purchased the vehicle the transmission started to act up. I contacted Mario, my sales rep, and he personally drove over 30 miles to pick up my vehicle and gave me a loaner. It took a week or so for them to fix the vehicle with about 3 different trips there and back, but I was very impressed with how well they treated my wife and I. I would highly recommend this dealer! I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Niello and was very pleased by the overall experience. Their sales and finance people were able to put a very fair deal together that took less time than I planned. The car is immaculate and the sales rep took me though all the reconditioning efforts their service department completed to bring the car up to as new condition as possible.

We came Niello to check out their white JX35. They had the color I wanted, but during our first visit my husband and I werent ready to make a purchase. The sales associate Rafaelle who assisted us was very helpful and knowledgeable with the vehicle. There was no pressure to close the deal. We came back the next day to talk about numbers and Raymond the sales manager worked with us w/ the payment and our trades. All in all, we had a positive experience with Niello and the staff.
