Took my Acura in for a recall. Left it there for 3.5 hours and when I returned they had not even started the work. Second time I have had a problem here. Last recall they left the inside of the car dirty, told I could have a loaner and then informed it was not true when I arrived at the dealership and did not even bother to wash the car. I have purchased 2 Acura from this dealership and always used them for service. I will no longer conduct any business here.

I had been looking for a very specific vehicle for a very long time. Out of the blue, I found it online at Acura of Concord. Anatoly was my first contact online but when we went in to look at the SUV, Mansoor Mansoori was our salesman. I really hate buying cars. It is just such a process! But Mansoor took care of us immediately. He brought us the SUV so my husband didnt have to walk with his broken foot. He was able to easily explain the extra folding seat, the buttons and gizmos on the dash, the sunroof - everything. He was well educated and I never felt like he was just going through the motions. He was friendly and very respectful without being phony. He was a true blue nice guy who never acted like my pre-conceived notions of a Used Car Salesman. He was great. He let me drive the route I chose so I could get surface streets as well as freeway driving into the test. I loved the vehicle and it was well worth having to go through the process. When we came back to the dealership, we were introduced to the finance man, John Gonzalves and everything went very smoothly. All told, we were there less than 2 hours. Mansoor is a saleman with knowledge, understanding and personality. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle!

They were able to locate the car at the trim level that we wanted at a very competitive pricing. The entire “negotiation†consisted of some text exchanges on Sunday morning, and by the afternoon, we have reached an agreement. When we meet up with Andreas and Simon at the dealership, we didn’t feel any pressured to buy any accessories, warranties, or maintenance service agreement. This car shopping experience is by far the easiest and most efficient we have had. We would highly recommend Acura of Concord. We are completely satisfied with our buying experience.

I dont often review, but I wanted to let folks know about Rezaul Bashar and his amazing service and support throughout my recent acquisition of an 2016 Acura RDX. Rezauls attention to detail, his thorough explanation for questions for any questions I had, as well as the quick in-and-out transaction he managed for me was amazing. He had everything ready to go when I got in, and saved me an hour or so by doing the work on the front end. Also, he is just an overall nice guy, a family man and he understands what people are looking for in a transaction (and also what people are NOT looking for). Also, it wasnt just Rezaul, but their finance guy Zarif Saeed also efficiently and quickly got me through all the paperwork without any fuss. Lastly, I got an amazing deal, which of course is the most important factor for anyone getting a car. I called other dealerships (much closer to me) and they told me "thats a great deal - I dont know if we couldve matched that". I know that was possible because of one of the managers there, Anatoly, made this deal happen. All in all, a great team effort by the Acura of Concord team and I wouldnt hesitate to reach out to Rezaul and challenge him to get you a great deal. Do it! Full disclosure: Rezaul actually helped me buy a car when he was working for Honda of Berkeley a couple years ago. I was in the market for an Acura, and when I found out he worked for Acura of Concord (I happened to see his face on the website), I quickly reached out to him and he responded immediately and offered help. He was as good helping me with my Acura as my Honda, and I will continue to recommend him to those in the market. [Also, as usual, I was under no obligation to write this review. My three-year lease was ending in a few weeks. Called Acura of Concord Sales Manager and discussed what I wanted and what was available. A few days later Anatoli called back saying he would have what I wanted by April 17. On April 19 I drove my 2013 Acura TL to Concord and signed on for a lease of a 2016 Acura TLX ADVANCE. As usual it was a very pleasant and informative process. The car is beautiful, quiet and comfortable. The audio system, navigation system, added new automatic driving safety and road handling features, including all wheel steering, front and rear cameras for collision warning, Lane Keeping Assist, front and rear parking sensors and Adaptive Cruise Control are awesome. These cars are super high-tech. I spent about an hour with Mansoor Mansoori learning how to set and use the new TLs technology and road testing the car. Then spent about 45 minutes with Zarif Saeed going over the financial details and the final lease paper work. These guys are a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgable, they easily answered all my questions. And I know they will be available by phone if I have more questions. I have been leasing Acura cars from Concord Acura since 2003. Their maintenance service is impeccable. They are the best. You will not find a better car dealership!

After three weeks of disappointment with other auto dealers, we were referred to Hendrick Auto, Acura of Concord (CA) through a friend, also a previous Acura client. Thanks to the wonderful team for providing us with a great experience all around, something we were not expecting. Excellent follow up after sales. With a bit of negotiation – which is part of the work both for salesman and buyer - we have sealed a very pleasant lease agreement and we purchased an awesome Acura RDX 2016. Our salesman was Mansoor Mansoori. I believe he has excellent skills as salesman and a very helpful guy. He is a good face of a good car maker. Could not be better after spending three exhausting weeks with Toyota dealers. Never at any point did we feel pressured to buy. Natural, friendly, professional and we still appreciate his follow up after driving last three months! This was such a great experience. (I dread going to the "dealer" Bleh! ) I walked in with a friend who was helping me with my car and needed some assistance. The place was packed with people and we looked very confused. First, had a few questions that needed to be answered about my 2004 Acura. Like I said it was busy. What really struck a chord with me was when Marty "Boisvert" (I think), stopped in his tracks as he was tending to someone elses needs and kindly asked if we could use some help and that we would be helped shortly. Taking a few extra seconds to see if we were alright. Well, just the acknowledgment and friendliness put us at ease. Recently purchased a used vehicle from Acura of Concord. In checking the Carfax report, it showed the car as having been damaged. The dealer told us they knew the prior owners, took the car as a trade in, and the damage was what they called arking lot damagewhich affected the front right bumper. We carefully examined both front bumpers and they checked out good so we purchased the vehicle. The next morning, seeing the car in daylight, we noticed the fender panel was lumpy near the back bumper. It had been painted over nicely but when the car door opened it scraped the paint & underneath the fender it was rusted. Acura of Concord refused to do anything about it. They said we purchased the car "asis"; Too bad for us. They hid the damage well; Our mistake. Be more wise & extra careful with a used car purchase from Acura of Concord. Dont trust them.

Overall a very good car buying experience. Made an appointment online before visiting and salesman + car were waiting for me when I arrived. He was very low-pressure & told me a lot about his dealership & why theyre good to do business with. Would recommend avoiding Saturday mid-day purchases, as apparently everyone in a 1000 mile radius is ahead of you in line to purchase a car as well, and there are only 2 finance guys processing all of them. After the purchase process was complete the salesman spent plenty of time making sure I knew how to use all features of the car and knew how to get in touch with him if I had any questions. The next day and a week later, I got follow up calls to make sure all was good, which was nice.
