When we went in to finalize everything they had everything ready and the process was quick and painless. Thanks to Humberto and his energy, we came away with the used car we spotted in the Camera Ads that had a price that we could manage. It took a while to come to the decision, but everyone involved with the sale were very accommodating. We enjoyed his humor and explanation of the cars features. He even saw to it that we did not go hungry while we were there. Others who worked there were friendly and we appreciated their concern that we get a "good deal."

Called and was told they would hold the car for me I offered a deposit Alex ...no thats ok.., even sent a check for payment , booked a flight from Phoenix to Bakersfield then I got a call 2 days before I was to leave telling me they sold the car. The flight was nonrefundable so it cost me $380.00 to deal with them and he refuses to return my calls or emails . Poor customer service to say the least

He made me feel special and helped me to get the FIRST RED Fiat 500L, Lounge in Bakersfield!! I LOVE my cute car! The manager was awesome also. They made a great team and made me feel like a VIP. The deal was made to my satisfaction and in a timely manner The Dealership was clean inside and out. It was very hot and they offered me cold water on top of everything else.

We bought our first Fiat and it was an excellent experience. Our salesperson, Humberto Sandoval, was very personable and made the buying process very easy. He was also up front in explaining all the options for financing and was never at a loss for an answer. When it came to the car he was not only excited about selling them he was knowledgeable of everything the car offered. Also, Rick, the finance manager was very helpful in working with our financial situation and even though we did not come out with the exact financing we wanted he still had several suggestions for improving it down the road and even offered his help to make it happen. Overall these guys showed concern not only for making a sale, but also ensuring that I was happy at the time of sale and in the future.

Had a great time purchasing our 2014 Fiat 500L. Our salesman Humberto Sandoval was awesome! Explained everything about the car in great detail and answered all of our questions, and walked us thru the process of purchasing our new car. While waitiing for the financing person to finish with another customer helped us get our phones paired to the Uconnect, explained more about the car, rear view camera and the alarm when getting closer to an object when in reverse. I recently bought a 2013 Fiat 500 Convertible from Fiat of Bakersfield. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had in the 37 years I have been driving cars! The dealership is conveniently located in the Bakersfield Automall. The dealership is just the right size with plenty of inventory you can just walk around to see - no need to be hauled around in a golf cart. And there was plenty of choice in style, color and options - the only problem was trying to narrow my choices down. Salesman Humberto Sandoval was very friendly and quite familiar with the product line - and he had a great sense of humor. I felt no pressure or hurriedness from him during the 2 days that I took to look at and test drive various 500 models (POP, Convertible, Automatic & Manual). The sales process was easy and low key (thanks Sales Manager Rick Armijo). I had done my homework on the internet and the sales staff honored that - there was little to no negotiation involved and I am very happy with the deal I got. While I completed the voluminous paperwork necessary (sorry, there is no getting around that anywhere!), the dealership prepared the car for me. Humberto then gave me a tutorial on the how to use the various features of the specific car I was buying (this was helpful even though we had discussed many of these features when I was looking at the cars). He pointed out that the owners manual material included a DVD that also discussed the features. I watched this after getting home and it really is helpful - a quick start guide so you dont get lost with too many details. Late that afternoon I took the car out for a spin with the top down - what fun!!! Thanks Fiat!

This was one pleasant car buying experience. I received an almost instant response to my email inventory question. The deal was made quickly and painlessly with the Sales Consultant. My car was brought in from another location; the car was put on a trailer so it was not driven on the road before I picked it up. That was an appreciated bonus to not have the travel mileage on my new car. Fiat of Bakersfield participates in the Credit Union Direct Lending Program. I was able to sign the purchase paperwork as well as loan docs required by my credit union all at one time. That was especially valuable for me as I live 50+ miles away from the dealer. The handling of the paperwork detail was amongst the most pleasant and efficient I have encountered. My new Fiat is a great car. I would highly recommend this dealership.
