"3 Hours For An Oil Change?"
I made an appointment; got there 15 min. early. Told it would take 2 hours; not happy, but I was there. I got my car back 3 hours later.! They lied to me when I could have gone someplace else. This was a minor servicing, check fluids, rotate tires, change oil!

Jimmy Choi was very kind and provided excellent customer service. For example, when the credit card machine at his station did not work, he took me to the customer service desk, and I paid my bill. Right before I left, Jimmy came to me and discovered I had been charged twice. He immediately fixed the situation. I am very grateful for his quick eye and response. When I asked him about where to purchase a cell phone car vent, he referred me to the services department, where Manny Alatorre helped me find the best cell phone holder for my car. He was very kind, courteous, and helpful. I would definitely do business with both of them and would recommend any customer to these two men. Their customer service skills are exemplary.
