Came in for an oil change and the shuttle took 2 hours to come then it wasnt worth me leaving cause they said it will b ready in 1 hour....I been here 3 hours now and still waiting....service its too slow...not acceptable

Ive had the best experience ever at a dealership. Sales and finance were very friendly, providing a world class customer service. Timing was beyond my expectations. From the test drive, to delivering my new vehicle, my day was still wide open in oppose to spending many hours wheeling and dealing with no results in my favor. Jim was straight forward, meeting my desired vehicle and financial/monthly payments goals in less that 20 min. We are really looking forward to going back to Stewart Chevy/Jeep/Dodge in 2 months, buying a new car for my husband as well. Made in America and sold at Stewart is the only way to go!

Unfortunately the Service Department does not reflect the nice buying experience. Ive brought in my vehicle for several warranty repairs and they cant seem to fix my 2015 Suburban. They dont offer loaner vehicles and the shuttle service is incredibly unreliable. Worst of all, instead of trying to solve issues, they say I can take up my problems with General Motors directly. They dont take criticism well, even when they deserve low ratings for the customer experience, they become vindictive and wont engage with customers who voice concerns. The Service Mamager/Customer Experience Manager wouldnt even take the time to meet with me in person to discuss my issues. Overall, I had a good buying experience but I DO NOT recommend the service department.

The gentleman who signed me in was great. The driver who took me home was the best. However, you need more drivers or a better system. I waited 1 1/2 hours for the ride, then had to go to SF first, before going to my home in Millbrae.

I did not have much time to shop, my old car had died. So I wanted to do it quick and in a good price. I got what I wanted. The only issue is that nobody in California had the options I wanted. So I had to either wait 6 weeks or pick different options. I was not happy about that, but I understand that it is a GM issue and the dealership could not do anything about that.

We went to the dealership to see the CTS-V Sports Wagon with a low expectancy of purchasing one. Our sales representative, Lex Fulgencio, was really helpful from the get go. He was really knowledgeable about the car and he took us on two test drives to make sure it was the car for us. He communicated well and served as a great mediator between us and management. He conveyed our message clearly and were satisfied knowing we got the best possible deal. Management also made a great deal of effort to make the purchase possible. The overall process was extremely easy compared to previous experiences at other dealerships.

Dealership was great -- communicative and helpful. The Volt repair itself was a bummer, requiring a week of debugging to replace a single (expensive) part under warrantee. I guess thats the price of adopting new tech, but it was frustrating.

SP was very informative and knowledgeable of the Red Dimensions that I am leasing. He bent over backwards to make sure I was familiar with the vehicle and most of all comfortable getting into it and handling it. He was a gentlemen throughout the full procedure . It was a pleasant experience. It was our second purchase at Stewart. 2009 Escalade being the first purchase. Scott Wright was wonderful. New 2015 Silverado 2500HD was cleaned and detailed. OnStar was already set up for us to use. Scott explained the operation of all the new electronics and link with our personal cell phone. It was a joy to see we had a full tank of gas/diesel. We discussed the 2015 Escalade that will be coming out in mid year. He was kind enough to bring up a 2015 Tahoe that had just arrived at the dealership. My wife is now sold on the new Escalade. All in all a great experience.
