Super courteous and helpful. We had a 1:00 appointment, but waited (10 min.) in our car before I got out of the car to find somebody to help us. A woman inside said, "Someone will help you. Just wait in your car." Finally a gentleman came out of the garage to ask us if we had been helped. I said that a lot of people have passed but no one has acknowledged us. Once I met with service rep, everything went smoothly.

Although I did not have an appointment, and although service was really busy, after telling Chanin Yescas, my advisor, my predicament, she had my car serviced and got me out in a timely manner. Being the busy person that I am, that was truly appreciated. I commend Sierra Toyota for having such caring people on staff.

I only go there because of Jose in service. He is awesome, very friendly and always explains what needs to be done. He has been my service advisor for over 13 years and hes trustworthy. Im a bit disappointed that they dont wash the vehicle anymore. Especially since it cost a little more to have service there. They also stopped providing water bottles in the lobby but they finally opened up a place to eat again. Great considering Im there for 3 hours sometimes. Sales team arent the greatest so be sure to go through fleet or internet sales instead.

After trying to hide about $4000 in fees and changing their story - I tried to haggle them down. The Manager, at this point, was "done" dealing with me and got up while I was mid-sentence and had to "Go help other customers." It was Tuesday morning... There was no one else there. This isnt the first time Sierra Toyota has treated me this way. Happened previously about 10 years ago. My father also had about the same experience. The solution? Go down to Valencia. They take good care of you and will usually work to make you a good deal instead of charging you 17% APR... My credit is 720... Why couldnt they lower that? No thanks!
