Had the drivers-side visor replaced and they did it. I do wish there was something in the manual or on the airbag sticker on the visor that states that its impossible to remove without damage to the upholstery. My question is, Why would I want something like that marring the interior look of car, especially when its placement makes it unreadable anyway?

From someone who generally dislikes car shopping with its typically too intrusive sales pressure, it is out of the norm to give a dealership a five star rating. McDermott Chevrolet, however, clearly earned that review. They had an extensive inventory and I found my sales representative, Mark Ekblade, to be knowledgeable, personable, one who listened to what I wanted, took the time to find and present the perfect car, and then, most importantly, to not pressure me with phone calls. Similar positive ratings go to the remainder of the staff involved in the purchase, e.g., finance. All in all, a five star dealership!

I was very satisfied with the help and advice when servicing my new purchase of a 2006 Lexus Rx400 Hb. They did all the safety checks when I brought it for my first oil filter and oil service and after looking it over, advised me on a necessary additional service really needed for a hybrid. Jessica was very nice upon check in and my car was ready in no time at all. Nice and clean too!! Although unavoidable, the only unpleasant thing was an customer chatting away on her cell phone while sitting in the waiting area. Honestl,y I think she made 4 phone calls and was not very soft spoken. Perhaps there could be a nice reminder to please make all cell phone calls outside the building. (I hope her mom had a great time at the birthday party at Biagettis ;) ) This was my 2nd time in for service and both times have been quick and pleasant.
