When I shop for anything, ratings are important 2 me so that I dont end up wasting my time and energy in the long run. When U work with a "car company" that takes pride in their service, 9 out of 10, U wont end up with "a lemon". These guys at First Choice will work with U as they have many qualified options for U 2 choose from that with definitely meet your expectations. First Choice dropped the car off at my mechanic 2 allow my guys 2 check it out because "they knew it was all good". No funny business here! I like that!

Best experience I had, buying a used car from a dealership. No sales people constantly hovering a foot from you. I got a great deal and it was very fast and pleasant experience dealing with these guys. They have a variety of quality used cars at lower prices than other dealers in my area.

What a wonderful experience I had dealing Sam, just a very nice a genuine person, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, after test driving the car I asked to have it inspected to which he agreed. The mechanic didnt find anything major but recommended serpentine belt and new battery. First choice took care of it and gave me a great deal on the car and havent had any problems since(it has been almost 2years).

It was the best experience I have had buying a used car. I was given the keys and they let me check out the car and test drive it and the salesman was there to answer any questions I had and walked in the office and within 45 min I was done after we agreed on the price and signed all the paperwork. The car runs great and I had my brother in law who s a certified mechanic go over the car at his shop and find minor things expected from a used car but over all solid vehicle. Thank you Rick and I would buy from you guys again.

Response from First Choice Auto:

Thank You Albert. We work to make every shoppers experience happen like yours did. We are very happy that you found the car you wanted here.

No stars if I could rate this awful "business". They are possibly the most shady place in Sacramento. Our experience kept getting worse and worse. So my boyfriend and I came to this rundown shop because of a specific car we found on Craigslist. It was online listed in "Excellent" condition with NO mention of any accidents or damage. We drove up and met with a guy that works in the front desk. We drove in and asked to test drive the car and to see the carfax. He went back inside and handed me the current carfax, then asked for it back after we looked at it. I didnt think twice of handing back to him, so I did. The carfax had noted of a collision and deployed airbags. After looking it over, we then asked to test drive the car and they were very hesitant on letting us because they said they previously had a couple jerks driving the car crazy, we said okay well we need to test drive the car to make sure it runs okay. I told him we didnt even care if he drove the car. After slightly arguing with the guy, he agreed and had a man go with with us to test drive it. We got back to the shop and after looking at the car in depth we noticed a few interior issues. We talked it over and asked for $4000 below asking price which I think was a reasonable offer considering the car had been sideswiped and side airbags deployed. He said absolutely not and he can only go $1000 below if we had outstanding credit. So that was not an option for us. We decided to decline with the process and go home to think about it. As we were leaving my boyfriend had asked the guy that helped us if we can have the carfax back and he said he would go get it, after waiting a long time we asked the guy that went on the car ride with us if he could get it for us or to see if that other guy was still getting it and he said "no Im on the phone, I dont ever work here". Wait, What.... THE GUY THAT WENT ON THE TEST DRIVE WITH US DIDNT EVEN WORK THERE!!! So the original guy came out and handed me a couple pieces of paper, I got back in my car and realized the guy gave me the wrong carfax for a completely different car that had no damaged. I immediately got out of my car and went up to the guy and said "these arent the correct papers, this is to a completely different clean title car, not the one that we were looking at" he said "oh I thought you wanted the other car?" I said "what, why? We didnt want to look at any other car. That doesnt make any sense." He then told me that I had left it in the car. So I go back to the car and looked in and there is no papers. The guy told my boyfriend that we were being rude and we were waiting his time and we didnt even want to buy a car. He told them that we did want to a car thats why we even got his card because we had to think about it first. The guy then told us that the car is no longer for sale anymore. And he locked the car in front of my face We then realized, screw this place. I wouldnt waste a penny on this dump. Stay far away from this place, I wouldnt recommend anyone to this piece of garbage place. Spend your money elsewhere.

Response from First Choice Auto:

Our fault for giving you the respect and the time of the day (We should have not let you drive the car in the first place) thinking that you were a serious buyer. We gave you the carfax and never asked for it back (its for you to have and you can print it from the carfax website for free courtesy of First choice Auto). the cheapest 2015 GT premium online is 30k before T&L (with twice the mileage) not to mention ours is the 50th Anniversary edition and you want to offer us 21K!!!! and the best part is that you can not even qualify for such car . It has had an accident and that is the first thing my salesman pointed out to you so you are well aware as He printed the carfax and hand it to you and never ever asked for it back, You were handed the keys and given all the time in the world to check out the car. . your boyfriend was polite in the beginning until We let him test drive the car and drove it like a maniac 20 miles over the speed limit!!! and taking a dangerous turn at the exit. We had to ask you to leave as you harassed people and started being rude and obnoxious for no reason or because you got mad over the fact that we turned down your offer. You 2 need to grow up and look for a car that you can actually afford.

I purchased a vehicle a month ago, and while driving home from the dealership, the check engine light came on. Seems to me the dealership cleared the code then sold it like it is knowing it would come back on cause still havent had anyone return any of my calls or emails. I suggest going somewhere else.

I drove up from Fresno, which is a 3 hr distance . Originally I was going to take a train and they arranged for someone to pick me up . They we very accommodating. They negotiated with me down to the price I was wanting to pay. I drove the car back home and everything was fine. The next day there was an issue with the retractable top a spring popped and broke. I called them immediately and they advised me to bring the car back that they would take care of it even tho technically they were not obligated to because i declined the 3 day grace period. they fixed it for me no hassle. I would definitely recommend them to others. Very honest dealership.

I purchased my 2004 BMW 325i from this dealership and all I have got to say is that they are the most trust worthy and diligent people I have ever purchased a car from. They took care of everything and were very clear and thorough through the whole process and I would definitely recommend to a friend.

When I mentioned that I was going to pass on a certain car after looking underneath it and seeing oil covering the entire underside of the vehicle, (the car obviously had been repainted badly with paint left on the brake lights and the emblems actually painted over), We were then told by the saleman "Mike" that it was probably a $17 gasket and that all used cars have oil leaks. I explained that I didnt exactly find that true since I drove there in a car that had more miles then the supposed ones were looking at, yet the car I came in hasnt leaked a drop of oil yet. My wife and I were then told to go buy a new car and that all the cars on their lot were sold.....My Wife was very happy to leave this terrible place.... This place and its saleman "Mike" are exactly what you want to stay away from in terms of fulton/auburn blvd dealers

I called these guys up regarding a subaru outback, they informed me I had best hurry to look at this vehicle because a couple was coming to buy it. I drove over to the dealership and spotted the Subaru I saw on Cars.com. No one came out to greet me or see if I needed help, I had to go into the office and the man at the desk seemed genuinely disinterested. After test driving the vehicle ( which btw could have been disastrous because the brakes barely worked) I noted the Oil spot where the car had been parked. He gave me a line that he had just gotten the engine detailed and had an oil changed it was probably that. The undercarriage showed oil stains that were old, and he said he would have his mechanic look it. To say the least he wasnt too thrilled with my questions on the oil and the brakes. I told him thanks for the time, and he basically turned away and walked right back into the office. Nice job guys! Buyer BEWARE
