I was shopping for a new car last week and I called Haddad Dodge for some info on pricing and stock and was told I would be called back to let me know if advertised specials was left and what was available. I stopped waiting after two hours and went to Bakersfield Jeep and bought a Grand Cherokee 4 hours after my call. They could have sold a car with just a promised return call

"Most Horrible Service And Experience."
Haddad Kia of Bakersfield has sold me a new car , which had serious problems within 2 days of purchase. Took it down to be checked- the service department did not check it, just said it was probably the eco system button on- causing the transmission not to engage right. Did not check the car. I leave and two days later engine shaking so bad I cant drive it and check engine and oil pressure light on. Kia has to have a tow truck tow the car to their shop. I told them then, and even Tuesday when the first sign of problems on my brand new car happened, that I did not want this car that obviously was having serious problems in the engine or transmission. Told them I wanted my money back or a car just like the one i bought without problems. I have left about six messages and several texts- they are not answering my calls or messages. Worst experience I have ever had. Do not go to this Kia. They have been rude, unhelpful and every bad thing you have ever heard about a car dealership. The service department was rude and snippy as well. I now have to contact the DMV investigation dept, the BAR, the BBB and whoever else might be able to help me. I bought a new car to NOT have mechanical problems- imagine my horror when day 3 of buying the car- it has issues that make me afraid to drive it. Wish I had never walked in their door.

I bought a 2012 Dodge Challenger over a year ago. In less than a year ago it left me stranded and had to go to the shop for almost a month. While at the shop, the diagnosis took more then a week because the one performing the diagnosis couldnt find the problem so a second technician did a deeper diagnosis which I was billed for. The technician discovered that the alarm I paid dodge to leave in my car for $600 and is stated in my contract only had one cable connected, the rest of the cables were taped and just hanging.They stated that my cars radio,dashboard,components in my drivers side seat warmers, and drivers side door lock and window controls all caused a power drain and caused my battery to die(which I also had to pay the battery) but I knew as soon as I was told about the alarm it was the alarm that was the cause but there not going to say that. They would rather charge over $3,000 in repairs. April2016 I received my Challenger back after almost a month in the shop but to this day neither my hometown dodge cant get in contact with dodge bakersfield and neither can I always getting sent to voice-mail. Dont get me wrong I LOVE my Challenger the car sold itself its Dodge in general and there staff make me regret it.

My inlaws had the worst experience ever! Costumer service was horrible! Made them wait for almost two hours before they could be attended..finally when they came to help no one was bilingual and an English speaking sales person decided to mock them and tapped my father-in-law on the back and patted his head making fun of him. The only bilingual sales person , that took forever to get there and that could have help said he didnt have time. They wanted to see a ram but the sales person didnt bother to show the vehicle and said the dealership was going to close during business hours and inbroad daylight. My parents felt humiliated. Very poor sales crew and very very unprofessional. My parents will never step foot in that disgusting dealership again.

I really enjoyed buying my new charger sxt from haddad. My salesman richard hernandez was very good. we test drove 4 cars. I first picked a car with all the options. When i found out the payment i chose a car with less options too lower the payment. But after thinking more about it i decided to buy the first car. Even though they had already got my papers together. I told richard and he had them redo the paperwork for my new choice. I am very happy with my new car and the service that everyone at haddad provided. [ps] If your buying a new car get what want as long as you can pay the payment dont cheap out like i almost did. remember after you sign the papers you cant go back.

I bought a RAM 1500 four years ago, Ive had Haddad service it every 3000 miles, only one time they made a mistake and charged me for a tire rotation I had already paid for, They caught the charge and called me in to refund the money and as a bonus installed a new air filter for free. I think they do a good job.

I went to Haddad Kia this past weekend as a first time buyer, and couldnt have asked for a better experience. I was able to trade in my 2007 Chevy Cobalt for a brand new 2015 Kia Optima, and Im in love with it! My salesman was Nathaniel and he did an awesome job informing me about the amazing features in the Optima. He also went to the ends of the earth to make sure I got a great deal in the new buyers program. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and accomodating. She checked with a mechanic and he said not a problem, have it done today! And I also had them change the oil/filter as well. Very quick for not having an appointment and done when promised. Which was that same day.

My poor Avenger needs a software update/reset or something and I had a appointment early hoping I wouldnt be there all day since I had to work later. My wait time was a hour and it was done right on the dot! I went to wait in the lobby and was impressed with comfy chairs to wait in! I wasnt waiting for their shuttle but I would say that needs some attention because the people that were waiting got picked up as my car was done. Overall good service!

First of all, when I bought my car in 2006 the salesman lied to me by promising me I could have a certain rim & then writing up the contract without the rims. It took me a long and exhausting time to make them live up to their verbal agreement. Then recently, I took my car to have it serviced and the service "professional" kept extending my completion date nearly a week longer than originally promised. Very unprofessional was more like it, especially when he told me, "Its been hot lately and the guys slow down when its hot." My jaw almost dropped. So, the two lessons Ive learned is dont buy your car at Haddad and dont take your car to get it serviced at Haddad "when its hot" in Bakersfield, CA. When is it not hot?!?!

I originally made a visit to the dealer for an oil change. Spoke to a friendly salesman as I wondered around the lot to pass time by. I spotted a Durango and fell in love! I wasnt ready to purchase a new vehicle or even in the market for one at that time. I talked to the salesman and he was absolutely courteous, professional and not pushy. We exchanged numbers and about every three months I received a follow up call. I promised him tha when I was ready to purchase a vehicle I would definitely visit HADDAD DODGE again. I enjoyed their great customer service and patience. I would recommend them to friends and family. A year later I returned to purchase a Durango and found the same salesman that welcomed me with fast and friendly Service ( His customer service and friendlyness made me feel comfortable to return there). Kia was amazings, as far as car lots go. The salesman was very nice, down to earth and really trying to just help us out. They ran specs on half d dozen cars at least for us. . I do look up prices and have an idea going into that situation of what we are wanting to pay. We walked in saying the range of the monthly payments we wanted and we got it. This was also working with a 1 year old trade in car, we were wanting to downsize so it was a little complicated. Whether or not we really got a good deal in the end, who knows but we are very happy.

I recently purchased a used Kia and took it to Haddad Kia for its 15,000 mile service. Upon arrival I was greeted outside by a service consultant who recorded the vehicle details then took me inside to complete the service request details. They scheduled the required service and advised they would contact should any additional work be required. Shortly after leaving a call was received to say the service agent was recommending a new air filter and cabin filter. They were able to provide the exact cost of both these items. Less than 1 hour after dropping the vehicle off Haddad Kia called to say the service was complete and the vehicle ready for collection. On arrival back at the service center I was greeted by the service consultant who took me to the account office. The details of the service were explained and advice as to when the next service was due.

I went in to buy my first car and was very pleased with the service. I was unsure of how the process works for buying a car but the salesman took the time to explain everything and go through all the important details. I wasnt pressured, and even had to leave and come back and the salesman was very accommodating and nice. The salesmen was so helpful throughout the entire process, he was nice, friendly, and kept me up to date with the car when service was getting it ready. I really appreciated all the help he gave me with the features inside the car, showing me how to use everything and syncing my phone. I would recommend Haddad to anyone looking for a car.

I went to get my second service done on my Kia Soul and Andrea was very nice and got my service paper work started. Then Rick Alvear was very helpful in recommending filters I needed for the cabin and engine, he wasnt pushy at all and said I could do one and then the other. The service was done in a very timely manner and Rick was awesome with his customer service skills. Every time I have gone there he has been very polite and great at recommending when to come for my next service so its not overdue and so my vehicle will run good. I really like this dealership because the customer service skills by the service and the salesman isnt pushy like most dealerships. Its always a pleasant experience when I deal with the service/sales staff at Haddad Kia.

Wanted to see about test driving a new Kia for a future purchase, so I test drove a Sorento and really liked the comfort, efficiency and handling of the SUV. Bob Malec was very through and answered any questions I had. I ended up purchasing my new SUV after finding out that I qualified for a lower interest rate that ended up saving me over $7,000 over the term of the loan. I have never seen such professionalism and respect for customers and Bob went over all the features of the Sorento prior to me leaving.
