Between 2 lots 1 in Long Beach & 1 near LAX there are so many cars to choose from. The staff were just aw awesome! From Alex the salesman to Shawn the Finance Manager to the woman at reception desk who went to Mc Donalds & got my 7 yr old son (who is Autistic, had been at dealership for hours with me both days & was hungry by that time) an ice cream! ¿omg this car lot was soooooooo good to me. They were extremely friendly and helpful! My credit was and I had been a recent victim of identity theft. The sales guy Shawn was extremely nice to me. He took Les time and helped me find a reliable car for me and my family,due to the fact that my credit was badly abused he gave me a chance when no one else would!!!!!! He even went and took me to get insurance on my car so that it could be driven off the lot. 6 months after I purchased 2004 Honda accord I dropped my key and broke it, the sales guy Shawn to my house and called for a lock smith. When the locksmith they made a key but it couldnt be programmed , instead of giving up he called Honda and found out how much it would be for a replacement key and to have it programmed so that it could work and be able to start the car. He ended up spending 420.00 of his on cash money to ensure that me and my children had reliable transportation. Im thankful for him and that car lot cause from day one they have been here for me

"Poor Customer Service! Lousy Facility!"

I found a vehicle on cars.com located at Ava auto sales. I live 2hrs away so I called ahead and asked about the vehicle. I let them know I was coming and want to test drive the vehicle and that I had financing for the entire amount of the asking price. When I got there, I had to park blocks away. No customer parking at all. After walking to the "dealership", my husband and I had to squeeze past cars that were literally inches from the door. They showed me the car I was interested in, which was packed away way in the back, blocked in by rows of cars. There was no way to get the car out. When given the keys, I was only allowed to start the car and it sounded loud and idled rough. I asked to test drive it, and he told me that he didnt want to go through the hassle of moving around vehicles to get it out if I wasnt going to buy it. I told him that Im not going to buy a car without driving it first, so if he wants to make a sale, he should get the car out. Then he proceeded to tell me that he doesnt want to get the car out if I cant get approved for financing. I told him, yet again, that I am already financed through my credit union for the amount and even showed him the paperwork. By this time, Im frustrated and told him that the car idles rough and is loud anyways so I probably dont want it. I was given a dirty look as if I didnt know what I was talking about. But being a girl who grew up with mechanics, and played around with engines myself, I in fact Do know what Im talking about. I left immediately. I think that if u call someone and say that u are driving 2 hrs to test drive a vehicle, they should have that vehicle ready, not crammed in the back of a small parking lot between 25 other vehicles and a fence. Poor customer service skills!

This was the best car-buying experience I have ever had.  I was actually going to the dealership next door, when a 2010 Altima caught my eye.  After checking out both lots, I decided to go with Ava Auto Sales. The family atmosphere was something I was able to really connect with.  I had a nice, relaxed, feeling, while I was in the office.  I didnt get the sleazy-type feeling that Ive got at a lot of other used car lots.   As far as the car goes, they were able to give me a pretty good price.  They registered and had my tags ready to go within a week.  They even ordered me a new drivers manual, when I called to tell them that my car didnt come with one.  I really feel that I can call them at any time during my future ownership of the car, and they will help me however they can. Process was great before signing, and everything was very well explained. By the time we walked out of finance, the shop was closed and there were only two employees left waiting for us. They werent rude or rushing us, so that was nice.  When my car was ready to drive off the lot, after it had been washed and inspected, an employee had remained to explain to me the details of the car and how to get some things going. He set up my blue tooth, helped me adjust my seat, and just allowed me to get comfortable with my before driving off.  I was a first-time buyer so this was both nerve wracking and extremely exciting.
