We visited a few dealerships in the area while we were looking for a new Tundra. A few of the salesman from the other dealerships didnt even allow me to make a counter offer. They just gave me a price and that was it. Take it or leave it. "2016 Tundra With Everything I Wanted Plus!"

Was looking for a Tundra that was not white, black or silver. I was frustrated with the lack of options and dealers were unwilling or unable to make upgrades or discouraged making any changes to on-lot vehicles. Just happened to brows for nearby inventory when I found a Barcelona (wicked color) Tundra Platinum at an excellent price. Had not even considered the platinum with all its bells and whistles standard issue . I was even more amazed to find it still there on the lot. Rob Cramer worked diligently to get me this truck at a price I was willing to pay. After rebates, discounts and some negotiation I drove off with more truck than I could have ever imagined. Ventura Toyota has a huge, clean repair garage for a quick turnaround time and very helpful parts department. Ventura Toyota has a lot of variety in color and truck styles. I had a problem with the bluetooth on my 2014 Tacoma and brought the truck in for repair. Service department advised me that I needed a new wiring harness, which was not under warranty. In doing further research outside of this dealership , the actual issue was a defective radio, which was covered under warranty. I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership and was stunned with the level of incompetence. Stay away!!!!

The General Manager, Steve Mares, went above and beyond our expectations with the total purchase price of the Prius and than the buying of our 2012 Passat TDI. Kanwal Ghuman was the perfect car salesman, polite and very informative. Also, Marion Swain made the paperwork seem simple. I have already given Ventura Toyota an excellent review for "sales" of my Prius. Now I give Ventura Toyota another excellent for my first service. I will review again in the future, I hope this quality of service will continue to remain as good. Initially I was told it would take up to 90 minutes for the service to be completed while I waited. I went in for a cup of coffee. I barely finished it, looked at a magazine when the service advisor Carlo (Mata) came back to tell me the car service was finished. When I got the car it was not only serviced but clean and looked better than new... It was a very pleasant experience. I hope this level of service will remain as excellent in the future as it is now.

Ive driven a toyota for 11 yrs. I recently wanted an upgrade. I went to ventura toyota and came out driving a toyota rav 4. The staff were very helpful, patient and didnt push me to buy something I didnt like. KP sealed the deal. They have great customer service. I would definitely recommend the dealer to everyone I know. I would just like to say, that I really had a good experience with this dealership. My salesperson Luis Martinez was just great. For starters, he actually knows his product line very well. I had visited several other dealerships, and I was really turned off. This was due to the fact that every sales person I talked with knew nothing about the vehicles they were trying to sell.However, Luis really knew his vehicles. Combine this with the fact that he worked with me for about a month to get me exactly what I wanted, and I would say that he more than earned my business. The other person I feel that made my purchase a good experience, was Sam Swaim the finance manager. He patiently walked me through the paperwork process, and set me up with a good payment plan. Both of these guys have excellent customer service skills and are true professionals.

I recently was looking to purchase a new vehicle so I began my search of prices starting from Los Angeles all the way to Santa Barbara and even utilizing the internet as one of my options. Out of all the places I went to, I wasnt getting the prices I wanted so I decided to look in my own city. Surprisingly Ventura Toyota had great selection of vehicles more than I saw at other dealers. Then that was when I saw the vehicle I wanted plus it had more features than what other previous dealers had offered me before. I was surprised by the deal they offered me for the vehicle I wanted, it was about the same price but the others were just basic models. The staff there are very patient, understanding and respectful. When it came down to buying the vehicle, it took me about 45 minutes to complete the process making it fast and stress free. If your looking to buy a Toyota vehicle I definitely recommend Ventura Toyota . You wont regret it! Overall I rate them an EXCELLENT!

After seeing a pre-owned 2012 Camry on the internet my husband and I set up an appointment. KP Ghuman showed us the same car as seen in the ad. We were shocked that it was still available as it had VERY low mileage and the price was discounted. It was love at first sight and after the test drive "WE" were sold. KP along with the credit dept. got busy crunching numbers and we found a plan that would work for us. Then we met Johnny in the financial office. Talk about someone who knows his stuff! Luis H. Martinez helped me purchase a BRAND NEW 2013 Toyota Prius for my son. I walked in a nervous wreck because I already had two existing car loans under special financing and wasnt sure if I could secure a third. Upon entering the dealership, he approached me in a friendly way, asking how I was doing and how I could help (nothing like those other pushy salespeople who start off saying "Hey, youd look good driving one of these!"). That put me at ease to share my situation with Luis. Then he said he could work with me WITHOUT leading me on...I cant stand it when car salespeople say they can help you, get you all happy about a car, then let you down. NOT THE CASE AT ALL WITH VENTURA TOYOTA. I had to leave that day to discuss with my son and in no way did Luis hassle me after I left. When my son and I returned the following week, Luis mentioned that he could STILL help us. Lo and behold, they were able to get me 0% financing, a NEW CAR and a very happy son (this is my 19 y.o.s first car, so Luis made it possible to make this first experience a very very VERY happy one)! Deon Simpson, salesman, did an excellent and friendly job. The manager is working on getting me a 2nd key, as the used car only came with one key. They worked with me to find an agreed price and payment. They were pretty straight up with me during the whole process. I bought the bumper to bumper warranty with the deal, which did increase my interest rate a little but I do think its worth it for these computers on wheels. No buyers remorse here.

This really did happen and we are still amazed! My first purchase in many years. My wife and I were both anxious about meeting the car sales person and to be very frank, we would rather have our teeth extracted than to sit with a Car Sales person. Amazing enough, this was not the experience we anticipated....Fact is, we are still pinching ourselves to see if it was really real. My wife and I set our sites on Ventura Toyota: Crystal (our sales person) met us as we walked through the car lot. With big smiles, and a greeting that immediately felt like this is the place our impressions of fearing the car sales person disappeared. She walked us through the different types of cars we were interested in and answered any and all questions we could come up with. She never once made us feel inadequate about our knowledge of automobiles. Several test drives later, we choose the new Venza Toyota. Now for the part we knew would scare the socks off us--Meeting the finance person. I felt like I was back in middle school going to visit the principals office. However, Amazingly enough, this was not the case. Marion, our finance person was like meeting your fairy god mother. She was kind, educated, not pushy, and worked with us to meet our budget. The only thing left was a group hug... which happened, then they waved good bye (just like the commercials) as we drove off in our new car. But it didnt end there. They called that night and the day after to see if we enjoyed the car and it was what we expected. Thank you Toyota for a new and breath taking experience! A customer for life!
