Though it turned out to be a lengthy operation, I could tell employees bent over backwards to make me comfortable, even giving me a ride to downtown Ventura so I could work on my laptop from the comfort of a coffee shop — the shuttle driver is very friendly. Jose Espitia was especially attentive, coming out to update me on the status of the work and following up to make sure my ac system was operating well after I left the lot. Not surprisingly, it was, and its still running like a dream. Honestly I could not be happier with the service, and Paradise continues to be my No. 1 choice when it comes to maintenance of my 2014 Chevy Spark.
