Jae Lee of Customer Service was excellent!! I was having problem with my keys (the key was loose from the remote) and he offered to fix both keys and replace the batteries. He made the oil change appointment for my Hyundai Tucson a very fruitful task.

Windows (interior and exterior) were dirty and mats had not been vacuumed. Otherwise, lovely place. Everyone is friendly. I drive from nearly downtown LA to go here.

I purchased my 2012 Genesis in 2013, and have always had my car serviced at GG Hyundai. My service manager (Tony Tran) who is no longer there, was the main reason I brought my car there. Also, the service was always good. Unfortunately I relocated to Indiana for a year, but now live in San Diego. I still bring my vehicle to GG Hyundai even for oil change! Thats loyalty. I will soon be bringing my vehicle in for major service, and hope that Joel will treat me as good as Tony. We shall soon see.

I was there to buy a used Ford Explorer, they said they could help me with my bad credit, at the end they congratulated me for my new car and I got so excited about it but a few minutes later they said that none of the banks accepted me and that I needed to get a cheaper car, they even offered me one of theirs (Hyunday) 0 miles, but I told them that I wanted the explorer. Well, at the end they said they would call me later that day and they never did. I went to a Ford dealer in Orange, Ca and guess what? Im driving an explorer, they were able to help me at that dealer. Thanks Hyunday for never calling me back to at least say no.

I have bought 2 cars from this dealer one for my wife and one for my self. They have a great inventory when it comes to colors and options. I dont usually drive far but they have great customer services and they didnt push us to buy a car and we got a want we wanted it from our trade in. My wife is happy with her Elantra and I was excited about my Veloster Turbo. I will come back to buy for then again.

This is actually the best experience in any dealership I received during my life - either in the U.S. and Europe. I had different cars including variations of models from Volvo, BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, Dodge, Infinity. I even started to think that all car dealerships in the U.S. are the same - like some kind of upgraded version of an eastern flee market, where the final price is established by trying to get as much from the customer, as he/she can afford (or even can not). Garden Grove Hyundai folks (Julian, Mac, and Desiree) broke my standard opinion / image of a car dealership providing very professional, friendly and customer oriented service. Everything was done at the top level, waiting time was really short despite the busy environment and available for me and my wife time frame in the end of Friday. Ive got Elantra Limited 2014, the price was perfect (four nearby dealerships couldnt beat it trying to do it hard), the options were exactly what my wife needs / used regularly on her old car. Nobody tried to push me to buy anything else, Ive got a precise explanations of available insurances / additional warranties / security system benefits. The dealership facility was better than expected (after visiting Tuttle Click Hyundai in Irvine), I can not complain about anything. 5 stars + experience! I would say 10 stars out of 10!
