"Poor Service"

Called ahead to make appt. A loaner car was offered. I explained I didnt want to waste time and had issues with their loaner company Enterprise. I was assured they had communicated with loaner company manager and all was fine. It wasnt fine and I didnt have a loaner. I cut my service call short as I was stranded and my time was wasted. I wont be going back to Renick nor leasing or buying from Renick.
