We have purchased several cars from McCoy Mills Ford and always take them to their dealership for service. When we moved from Orange County we tried to use the dealership in our area but were very disappointed based on the experience we were used to. So we feel the extra effort to take our 2002 Thunderbird, and 2014 Ford Flex into O.C. on Oct. 17 worth the effort. Once again best service in a very timely manner. Thanks McCoy Mills.

"Not Pleased"
I have always been pleased with my experiences at McCoy Mills until Friday October 6. Your consultant Amber called to say my car was ready but when I arrived I had to wait a considerable length of time for the paper work to be completed. That might not seem like a big issue but to a customer expecting to just pay and leave, it is a big issue. My time is valuable to me and waiting for Amber to do her computer work is not something I wanted to do. Dont call until the car is ready. I also think my cars needed repair was forgotten until my husband called in the afternoon to inquire about the car. Amber had to call us back once she looked into the repair. We had brought the car to the service department on Thursday so expected to get prompt service on Friday morning.

I have been taking both my Explorer and Focus to McCoy Mills the last several years and have always been very pleased. They do a great job, are honest and very courteous. This time I was assisted by Arthur and he was excellent. Delivered the car on time, pointed out needed repairs and was very friendly.

"Why Always Say No?"
I called to book an oil change. "We dont know if we can get you in." They did. I got there 8:30, was told the shuttle would be there in 15 minutes. Nobody checked with me. I went out at 8:55, and guess what? "The shuttle is in Brea, and it will be 15 minutes." That doesnt help me. I was late for my meeting, which I had to WALK to, at 1.3 miles. Nobody bothered to tell me thered be no shuttle, and nobody offered to help when it was clear that I was going to be late for a meeting that I had to walk to. They mentioned that the car was under recall for a relatively simple thing. I was going to leave the car there for 6 hours or more, so I asked if they could do that. "Let me check." The answer, of course, "NO. We dont have time." OK, so you "barely" squeezed me in for an oil change. You cant do the recall. And your shuttle doesnt show up. You dont bother to tell me that. And you dont offer a remedy. Not worth the drive. I wont waste my time again, especially since I have a Ford dealer a couple of miles from my house. Sure, I bought my car at McCoy Mills, and I got a great deal. But the service is crummy.

McCoy-Mills does the service on both of our vehicles. (15 F-150 and 15 Explorer) I make an appointment on line at my convenience. I do get an E-Mail, a text and a phone call as reminders. It is borderline nagging, but that is good. The service is done on time and correctly. I dont know what more one could ask of any service department. These people are about the best there are.

Its our only car, and we travel quite a bit. Thanks for keeping us on the road after 17 years!

Everyone was really helpful. We knew what we wanted and what we had to work with and the team made it all come together. The car is a birthday/graduation gift for our 18 year old daughter and we wanted to make sure it was in excellent/safe condition (for a 2016 it most definitely was). Once the docs were signed we went to take possession of the car (was still being detailed) and it was noted the windshield had a crack (which would eventually be spreading) which was covered by the window sticker so it was not seen during the test drive. Eric, Steve and Devin were on it and informed us it would be taken care of. In Feb. we purchased 2 cars from Weir Canyon Acura. The process and service was good but nothing compared to McCoy. We will most definitely be back when its time to purchase our next vehicle. Thank you McCoy!

Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. This was the first time that have had an enjoyable buying experience. After my test drive my purchase options were ready and on the table for me select. The service department was what brought me in to the dealership to look for my new vehicle. They have always given excellent service and I assumed and was correct that the sales department would be the same.

The salesman as very nice and helpful. The biggest problem was the end of our transaction when the workers that were supposed to have cleaned and washed my car didnt bother to at all, they made the tires shiny. Then when complaint was made to the manager he said the car had been washed 3 hours earlier which was not true, windshield was Very dirty with rings left from who knows what, then arguing about it was unprofessional. Plastic pieces and orange tape left in car shows they didnt even clean. We shouldnt have had the salesman cleaning the car after the workers walked away,putting us having to stay later into the evening.The manager then cleaned up some of it, having to clean windsheild twice. Was offered to have care detailed durind the week but time doesnt allow it.there was enough time to do the assigned task at hand.

I just took my car in to get its 7,500 service and although McCoy Mills was swamped I was out of there before the time frame they gave me.

All Ford dealers sell the same Ford cars, but not all Ford dealers have the same great people as McCoy Mills. Daniel Rosales was our salesman, and his professionalism was outstanding. His Manager, Steve, went above and beyond to get us the best financing deal. The McCoy Mills Team made our overall car buying experience very pleasant and enjoyable. Wendy Herrera was GREAT to work with. It was my first time dealing with your bodyshop. I was hit in a parking lot and it bent my exhaust and dented my lower body panel and bumper on my 2015 F350.
