After submitting my desired vehicle info on cars.com I was promptly contacted by one of the sales associates at Weir Canyon Honda. I scheduled an appt at my with the sales representative. He showed me the vehicle I was interested in and allowed me to take it for a test drive. We agreed on a price and then I met with a representative from the finance department to complete the paperwork. The entire process from the moment I set foot on the lot to the time I drove off with my new Accord took 2 hours! I was extremely pleased with the assistance and service I received here.

I was looking for the 2016 honda pilot touring in white for about a month, I randomly saw one on their website and called and got John "The Greek" and he was the best! He sent me updated about the car by text while I was at work and then I drove out there after. All and all with a test drive, trade in, loan paper work, etc. it took about 3.5 hours but was soooo easy! John answered all my questioned, helped me clean out my trade in, and walked me through everything. First time buying a car and I was on my own, which I was a little scared about as a single woman. John stayed late to make sure I knew how to get home safe in my new car. Everything turned out very well - thanks John! John and I even both have German Shepherds! Love my new car!

I would certainly use this Sales Consultant (Alex Bechelian) and Weir Canyon Acura again. I went at 8:45;pm.... I wanted to just take a look- mind you I have been just looking for MONTHS! He found me the exact TLX I wanted. Stayed until very late to complete the transaction, and did it with a GREAT POSITIVE ATTITUDE.. What an amazing experience. I should add that 7 other people had to stay late to wash the car, finance, and whatever else they do behind the scenes. Again, everyone worked in harmony- despite the fact that I am sure they all wanted to go home. THANKS WEIR CANYON ACURA! I LOVE MY CAR.

I stopped by Weir Canyon Acura to test drive the new Acura RDX. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Matt Myers who was very pleasant and not pushy as so many other car dealer salesmen can be. Matt showed me the exact car I wanted and after test driving, I knew this was the car for me. Of course, I had a lot of questions about price, accessories and my trade-in. Matt was very helpful, patient and worked with the sales manager, Michael Baker, to give me a price for the RDX and my trade-in that I could not pass up. In addition, Lorenzo Alongi (finance) and Edwin Hawelu (service) were very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. In the end, I drove away in my new RDX and had a great buying experience. I love my new car and thank the Weir Canyon Acura staff for the excellent customer service!

They reviewed the pros and cons of a lease vs. a purchase, and after a careful assessment, they helped me see that a lease was right for my situation. After a test drive with Ruben of the new 2015 TLX, I knew it was the car for me. After trading in my old car on the spot, I was able to drive off my new TLX that evening. This people doesnt know about cars, Ive teach the sales guy how to open the hood, Ive waist my Time, the car was dirty and burning something around the engine heavily smelling as something was burning inside, they dont return the calls and after been removed the listing online, Ive received calls asking me if still interesting on the car. DONN WAIST YOUR TIME BELIEVE ME. Ed its at the wrong job. Regards.

This particular car dealer (Weir canyon Acura) is the strangest place I have ever been to. The facility is nice but the sales persons need more polishing. I dealt with a fellow that talked so loud that It made my ears hurt. Anyway, after an hour of negotiating back and forth the manager came out and said if I bought an Alarm he would do the deal. I told him I didnt want an alarm so I started to leave and get into my car. While I was driving away I heard the salesman say stop, stop. So I did and rolled down the window. The salesperson said we can match that price your looking for. I told the salesperson that after I walked out that I was not going to buy a car from Weir Canyon Acura if that cant give me a price inside the building. I went on to tell him that this reminded me of horror stories I had heard in the past regarding Car Dealers. James Franks
"Liars Liars"
PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I highly suggest not doing business with this dealer. We always have reservation about car salesperson that they lie to you to get you to come down to the dealership. Well I have very nasty experience and I hope that you avoid doing business with this dealer. Over the phone, I negotiated the EXCAT price, model, year, color, transmission type and confirmed all attributes of the car. The sales person confirmed the car is ready come over. I went the first time with my family to buy the car unfortunately the salesperson tried to sell me another car. Then another fellow salesperson promised me to come back two days after. The sales person confirmed all the attributes before arrival and again I came back and started the paper work process the main manager decided to add $800 to the price under the pretext that the salesperson quote a lower price by accident. Two sales representatives lied and the general manager lied. I urge you not to do business with them.

Shop elsewhere. There "mistakes" are costly and time consuming. Dont waste your time. Advertised prices do not matter and will turn their problem on you like you should know better.

This dealer posts false prices and they confirm it with you over the phone and then when you are there to buy they tell you it the price posted was wrong and they dont even apologize.
