Its my opinion that the service department is lacking in professionalism and service. The last two times ive visited the service department ive waited over 30 minutes to see an advisor even with an appointment. Simple items cant be fixed same day and experienced techs arent available on the weekend. I wont be back.

Its rare that you make a large purchase like a new car and walk away completely Happy. GM Todd Carter and his staff are outstanding. They made the buying experience simple, transparent and effortless. I never went to the dealership. Told them what I wanted (White GLS 450 with specific options) and the budget. They found the car and delivered it next day. The delivery agent was very knowledgeable (Roxy) and spent an hour with my wife going over the functionalities of the car. Overall 5 Star experience. I would buy from them again and have no issues referring my friends and family.

Buying a car is a very tiring job especially when we get financing and Chris handled it well. Dave Laurette has been our Service Rep since we started going to Anaheim Motors fifteen years ago and he is able to direct us to the cars that suit our needs. All the packages - I know are so necessary but that is where the it gets tiring and dragged out. We had planned to pay cash for this car and moved ahead faster purchasing it. At first the man in finance was interesting but after awhile the entertainment got to be very tiring. He doesnt leave one topic when he is on another. It is one thing to share interests, travel but quite another when it is done strictly for the purpose of placating us or entertaining us through the process. We dont need that and want to get on with what we have to do. The dialogue never stopped. Nice man but toooo much. Everyone else was very professional and helpful. Anaheim Motors MBZ has always been a good experience for us.

Only one little thing is not very satisfied is that, they forgot to put the front plate frame on the car. I requested to do so in the finance managers office with the staff there, and they said will do. They wanted me to drive back to the dealership after receiving the license plate. That is why 4 stars gave to customer service. Other than that, it was perfect. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

He went over the finace process with me explaining what each form was for and we completed the process in a short time. This was my fifth vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Anaheim Hills.
