So I just purchased a pre-owned Chrysler 300 from these guys and salesman Terry and the whole experience could not have been better. I have had a couple of credit challenges so my expectations were not that high but the process was painless, got a better rate than I thought possible and the price was right. Good selection of cars, friendly no-hassle service and quick, easy purchase process makes for a great buying experience. I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends and family.

We went here to purchase a vehicle because of their advertisements that they can help people with challenge credit, but that is not the case took all the information was told will call back in three hour that was over 2 weeks ago and still no call to say yes or no very poor customer service
"Car Buying Experience"
Auto World employees are super friendly and more then helpful with both my car purchases within a 1yr time frame. The first car I purchased was a 06 Chevy Impala, and they were the only people willing to work with me since I had bad credit history. I love my Impala and its been a champ to me, my Second car purchase was a 05 BMW 645ci. My BMW purchase was amazing, Diana was super great helping me with purchase and also more then willing to show my girlfriend around who had NO idea who she was looking to purchase. The BMW only issue was check engine light was on and Auto World had no problem accepting fault and were willing to fix any issues. The plan was to take the car in a few days after my purchase since the service shop doesnt work full time on weekend. I was super excited I waited 3yrs to get my 6 series and its thanks to Auto world, downside the car drove like a CHAMP for 7hrs it completely will not start at all. Im grateful Auto World accepting to take BMW back and service it and fix the issues. Overall I appreciate you guys and all you have done thank you, just hopefully my BMW will be ok.
"Good Experience...sort Of"
Had a good experience in buying a 2011 Mazda2 for my daughter. No issues at all with the buying process and really like the car. My only complaint has been with the service department. I left the car with them for a week+ now for some minor repairs identified when we bought the car. After many calls and a number of missed commitments for delivery Im still waiting for the work to be done. If they can get that worked out soon I would recommend them and provide a higher customer service and service/repair ratings.

After signing the papers down payment, warranty, he says congrats here are the keys.... Almost one month the Manager called me then says "by the way we may have to have you bring the car back if for some reason you are declined of the loan" then I said " you told me I was approved" he says "you are, but they want you a cheaper car. What the hell…. I got a refund for the tire but the oil change I spent is not refunded because they said it’s not their fault...oil change for full synthetic is not cheap. This is the worst experience I got from my whole life. It’s horrible. i got back and forth to the dealership to follow up the results and it takes two weeks to get the final decision.

I honestly came in there thinking I wasnt going to be approved for anything. However, Alex worked some magic and got me a deal I can handle. The Manager was also kind and patient with me with the paper work. Thanks Auto World! I truly appreciate it. Oh and Terry was kind enough to show me the cars I actually could get approved for. Im writing a new review because I was sold a bad car that just kept breaking down, after writing a review on here christina reached out to us. We were able to return our car for a trade. She was very kind and helpful. The salesman and manager also were very kind to us about listening to our situation and helping us get another car.one that was in better condition. We really appreciate it. We feel like a heavy burden is finally gone. Thank you.

Stockton auto world has sold me one of the worst cars. It has been nothing but problem after problem. Its either sitting in my driveway or at a shop. Im currently making car payments on a car that now needs a new engine. Before it got to this, I have replaced the ac, thermostat, belt, waterpump, engine mount, spark plugs,and normal tune ups. I have called you to ask for help, but it was always "theres nothing we can do". I think you guys are horrible. You sold us a piece of junk.

We went to Stockton Auto World to just look at cars and I have to say that Alex,Jose and Mike were extremely helpful in finding us a car with our specific needs.We had a lot of demands in the way of mileage,payments and type of car we wanted. We werent able to get the first car we wanted but within a week they came thru. They were all super easy to work with and made the car buying process easy and stress free. All of them were friendly,funny and helpful.I would return here again to purchase another car.

Unwilling to work with us, advised them of our situation and all they did is raise the price and want to run a credit check first thing. I see 60 reviews that are all good, might want to be careful when considering a car here. They sell luxury vehicles but have no service department to stand behind the vehicles.

OMG I was only here less than 2 hours. While I was test driving the car he was getting my paper work in order. When I came back he stated that the car is your all I need is your signature. My payments was were I wanted and even less, the car was low millage. OMG I give Stockton Auto World the best ever customer services and best respect. At most car lots you get placed in a lot of things you dont qualify for however here I was shown exactly what fit my budget and my needs.
