The overall rating was not 5 stars because I still am having issues with a feature on my car, but that has nothing to do with the great service that I got from Duy. Ive been a customer here at Elmore since 1982. My 82 Corolla was continually service here thru 99 and had over 293K miles before I turned it in for my 99 Camry and got my wifes Highlander in 05 as well at Elmore I attribute the longevity of my cars not only to the reliability of Toyotas but to my commitment to required servicing and the excellent service provided by Elmore. Presently, my Camry has over 215K mile and our Highlander over 110K miles. I recall my two purchases here to be very pleasant with Salesman Gene Utterbach (retired).. The staff is fantastic, especially my Service Manager, Andrew Leidloff.and Kathy Britton, the receptionist is friendly, knowledgeable.and professional. Parts and Sales personnel were are friendly and accommodating as I walked about waiting for my car(s) to be serviced. Excelsior, Elmore!!!!

He kept me informed as the mechanics worked on my car, as there was a need for clarification about repairs and that there would be a change in the time that my cars repairs would be completed. My car was delivered to me clean. The mechanics did the repairs in a timely, professional manner and my car performs as well as it did when I drove if off Elmores lot more than 15 years ago.

1. I purchased an new Toyota RAV4 2017 at Elmore Toyota. Within 600 miles, I noticed a problem with steering wheel, It pulls heavily to the right under accelerate. I came back to this dealer twice to fix this problem but the its still there, they wont be able to fix it. Their technician mentioned that "vehicle equipped with unequal length axle and may have some pull under accl". I dont know a bout other models, but if someone think about new Toyota RAV4 2017, think again if you be able to live with this problem. 2. With this problem, in their survey emailed me, I required their service manager contact me, but its been over a week nobody made a call. Look like the survey they sent just for fun, nobody cares about their customer. Im their customer for years, but this time Im so disappointed.

My experiences with service and bringing my Toyota Camry in for maintenance has always been very good. My service person is Andrew Ludloff and has been since I purchased my car many years ago. I call him to get a review of what needs to be done and he follows through with the necessary service needed. My only comment would be that the delivery service to my destination when I leave my vehicle is always a long wait - up to 1/2 hour to get to where I wait for the service to be completed. Perhaps there should be more than 1 vehicle to take customers where they need to go. Other than that Elmore Toyota is always on top of continued service after purchase. Then he ask us call back tomorrow without ask whats your name and what is the best number to reach you. So how can he remember us without taking down any information from us and then tomorrow we call back how can he remember who we are and what we need. When they removed and replaced the dash on my 2005 Alvalon, one of the pins on one of the wiring harness was damaged causing the daytime/nighttime sensor to be inoperative. This was not surprising to me considering the age of the car. brought it back the next day and it took awhile to determine the problem, again not surprising considering the type of problem. Got the car back the following day.
