Jeep have always treated me kindly and with respect. Jeff Peters, the Service Director is fair and honest and that is something that is becoming obsolete it seems. NO LIE, OC AUTO COULD NOT OF MADE THE PROCESS ANY SIMPLIER that is unless signing can be done in the comfort of ur own home while watching a flick. Yes... We all kno purchasing a car isnt fun. It takes longer than anyone probably prefers however when you feel comfortable about ur decision and not pressured with a sales tactic you instead wait with excitement deciding who ur guna floss on first. Prior to arriving I had spotted the car online & was pre-approved. Angie, Lori & most of all Kenny I would like to extent my sincerest gratitude for completely transforming that experience from a nightmare to breeze in a park, each deserving (10)stars out of (5) for the entire process and their service. I had spent too much time on the web searching & searching not finding anything that felt right or made sense; too many miles, too many vehicle complaints.. Drove around hoping to stumble upon an amazing trade in and when I did either the car still needed inspection or was locked up in the back then sold to someone else. I was ready to pull my hair out. I didnt want to go another day stressed the way I was. I purchased an 09 Volkswagen Eos in Candy White 11/26/16. Although frustrated, I kept optimistic, mentioning the poor service and lost opportunities must be preparing me for something much better. It was.... "Team Service Manager Experience"
Today I brought my Jeep in to the Orange Coast Service department. I had a recall on my ignition switch. I met Paul Gordon my team service manager. I had an appointment to drop my Jeep off at 9:30 AM and didnt receive a call till 4:15PM to pick it up. I was told it would take 2 1/2 hours when I dropped it off. When I mentioned why did it take all day and that I called and left a voice message for him, Paul immediately went on the attack and belittled me in front of his coworkers in the service department room. They all laughed. I dont understand how Orange Coast could have a person like Paul Gordon working with customers? He should apologize to me and everyone else hes affended. I strongly urge the overseer to take action on this and potentially future customers from this kind of experience. Peggy Koustik

"Smoke Smell In My Used Car I Bought"
I bought a used car and should of relized something was up when I got there to test drive it. The windows were down. All though it was a hot day I didnt think anything of it. So I decided to buy it. The next day I got in to leave for work opend the door and bam was hit with the wrost smoke smell ever, wrost then walking into a smoke filled casino. At 1st they kindly had the car deodorized that didnt help so they did it a second time. Nope still smells. I thought I would give it a week to see if it would go away it didnt. I called left messages for sales manager Kenny. I finally spoke to him to only be told to call him back on Tuesday Well I did, had to leave voicemails and keep calling all week. Finally Eric in service called me to say Kenny wont be doing any more service on my car re: the smoke smell. That he already paid for it twice. 1st I sent my son and daughter Inlaw there to buy a car because the process of buying my car was amazing #2 the sales manager Kenny should of been a professional to call me himself and not put other employees like Eric and Crystal in the middle. Needless to say Im very frustrated. I take my two granddaughters to school and they smell the smoke. The 1st thing any one who gets in my car complains about the smell. They made money off me and this is how I get treated. So I will not be sending anymore people to buy a car there or nor will I be speaking of this dealership in any matter of praise. On 3/29/2015 my wife and I drove two hours down to Orange Coast Jeep. They said they had two BRAND NEW red 2014 Jeep Summits. The first NEW summit had 500 miles on it, a previous owner and missing accessories not to mention a whole bunch of scratches. The second NEW Jeep Summit had 200 hundred miles on it and a nice scrape on the front spoiler. This isnt the first time Orange Coast Jeep has tried to sell a used vehicle as NEW. Our salesman, Rod told my wife and I the two red Summits were NEW. WHAT A JOKE!

I am a widow who has not bought a car for over 13 years. My two sons are in the Air force out of state. I tried the first time at another Dodge dealer in Cerritos and felt like I was being bullied into buying the car they wanted not what I wanted. So after leaving their site with a headache I called my son at the base in Wichita, Kansas, to tell him I need help. He contact three Dodge dealers as he knew what type of car I was looking for, 2014 Dodge Dart. One of those dealers was Orange Coast Dodge in Costa Mesa. Chris Ramsey is who my son spoke to he told him what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay out the door. Chris said I think we can help. Those other Dodge dealers were saying no one can do it you may as well buy from us. Chris made it happen. We even had a little issue with no air conditioner after I bought the car. Here is what makes Orange Coast the best. They could have brushed me off and said you signed the contract your stuck with the car. But they didnt they apologized and said they would fix this. Jennifer who did the paperwork even talked to my son and told him not to worry the right car would be given to his mother. All my son said is Jennifer is so sweet and nice we are ok they are going to fix this. They drove all the way to San Diego to get my Car. Shined it up showed me everything about the car and even hooked up my phone to the blue tooth. I never felt like I was at a car dealership I felt like I was with friends that cared about what I wanted. It is not just buying a car it is how they make you feel! The respect and kindness they showed was far beyond what I expected. Both my sons will be deploying in January 2015, and are so happy to know there mother is in a safe car thanks to Orange Coast Dodge. I will tell everyone that asks me where I bought my car how great you were and your not just a car dealership your a family dealership. Purchased a new Town and Country from this dealership and had a great experience. I live in N Cali so I negotiated the deal entirely over the phone. Hugh, their Internet Sales Manager, offered me a great price without the normal bs that you would expect to deal with at most dealerships. Once we came to an agreement, I flew down to O C and was picked up at the airport. When I got there, they didnt try to turn the table on me or change anything that we had agreed upon. In fact they followed through on evening they had promised. Kudos to these guys for being an honest and pleasant dealership thats easy to work with.

Chris Ramsey was the sale associate I spoke with. Over a course of 2 weeks we went over different models, colors and features. Found and lost a few potential cars. I was impressed by Chris when he asked what would it take to get my business but not in a pushy way. The one thing that definitely sold me was when the one car I fell in love with at another dealer was sold, he looked at other options. He suggested changing the interior seats, adding features to a similar model even suggested better deals. When I finally chose a car and met Chris he was nice and down to earth. Reassured me about everything, I think we were both glad we finally found the right car. I would like to deal with him again. He was patient and never pushed me or made me feel like I was wasting his time, we found the perfect car and I am happy we did our research.
