I did not give five stars because no human and/or company is perfect. The sales team Christian Ricks and Cody Wetherbee, finance Chris Brey, and insurance Matt Tidwell came pretty darn close. I would recommend Paradise to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. The process of buying a vehicle is always a very long process, something I was not looking forward to. Cody presents with an easygoing personality, yet he displays confidence and knowledge of product. Customer satisfaction is his goal. Im working hard to improve my credit, I did not feel like I was being judged or that I was wasting someones time. I felt like Cody and Christian worked just as hard for me as they would for a customer with a perfect score. Christian worked with my parameters and was able to get me a payment I was comfortable with. Chris in finance had the documents ready to go. There are still a lot of signatures needed, but his prep greatly reduced he time it took to get it done. I then met Matt in insurance, something new to me. His job was to verify that my current auto insurance was active. Matt also educated me on something I was not aware of, and I will be having a conversation with my insurer this week. When I was handed the keys to my new 2016 Trax it was perfect.
