"Worse Experience Ever!"

We traded in our leased Nissan and leased a new Altima at AutoFair. An auto-payment for the previous vehicle was already in progress, so we unfortunately couldn’t cancel it. Nissan Finance advised us to contact the dealer directly to expedite the return of the extra payment. It’s now been over 3 weeks since making the deal and we still havent received our over payment yet. To make matters worse its virtually impossible to get anyone to call you back and when you do reach them there is never a straight answer. They are quick to take your money but certainly cant say the same on the return of an over payment or phone call. First class service? Absolutely not!! As a customer, we will never do business here again. Our family has had similar issues with different brands at AutoFair in the past...

After having a horrible car buying experience I decided to try a larger dealership. I stopped by Auto Fair Nissan in Stratham only to look and did just that. I met Justin and we talked for a bit about what I was looking for and what I really wanted in a vehicle. There was no pressure! After texting Justin what I had in mind I went back the next day and the vehicles were ready for my viewing. I had a chance to ask ALL the questions I wanted and even received more information because Justin knew the Nissan product so well. The whole experience from start to end was amazing. We worked out a reasonable offer for my trade, we stayed within my budget and we got me into a beautiful Rogue! The staff there are exceptional and everyone did an amazing job in each of their positions! Thank you Justin and staff for an awesome experience the kind a person SHOULD have! I will definitely continue to shop there and will tell ALL my friends and family!

I had emailing the dealership about a Mazda they had in stock. Im originally from New Hampshire but now living in Connecticut so I drove 150 miles to view the car! When I arrived instead of dealing with the ladies I had been speaking with via email I was passed along to Dave. They pulled the car up for me to take a test drive and when I opened the door I could immediately smell that the previous owner had smoked in the car. I drove 150 miles to view an ashtray! Dave walked us back in the showroom and said before we leave a manager would like to speak with us. The manager was apparently too busy to come out! I later emailed the ladies (Robin & Sarah) and the response I got was: " We were unaware of the condition of the Mazda you looked at" Terrible customer service! You should know about the inventory at your dealership!

Really great experience at Stratham Auto Fair! I bought my new(used) Juke with Adam and sent my staff to do the same. I had been to 4 other dealerships and was getting so frustrated with the "circle" talk. I finally went online and was ready to battle it out but... Adam and the staff were amazing. We walked around the lot, compared a few cars and got it done. Finance guy was so funny and very efficient. Adam did everything and I was on the road in no time. A few months ago I had the pleasure of working with one of your sales professionals "Jamie." We have always had Nissan vehicles and loved them, so we were looking to trade our leased Rogue in for another Nissan. He was not pushy at all, very attentive to our needs and really went above and beyond to try and help us find the right vehicle for our family at the right price. He followed up in a timely manner without being pushy and the overall experience inside Autofair was great! The atmosphere was positive, upbeat and no pressure. Now, we ended up going in a different direction and a completely different vehicle, but I just had to let Autofair know what a great sales person Jamie was and that your customer service is top notch regardless of us going elsewhere. When the time comes and we look for another vehicle and we go back to Nissan, it will certainly be Autofair, because I know we will be treated right! Anybody who is even thinking about buying a car needs to shop at Autofair Nissan. Sales associate and service personnel are all amazing. They dont just listen, they actually HEAR what you say to them. Recently traded my 2013 Juke for 2015 Rogue select. I could not be happier. Jamie, my associate was attentive without being pushy, and worked hard to help me get the best possible deal. Thanks Jamie! Steve, Like, and all the folks in service are just as awesome. They never make me feel pressured to buy add ons or do unnecessary work. They listen to me and together we always find a way to keep both me and my car happy. Three weeks ago I leased a 2015 Rogue Select from Auto Fair in Stratham. My salesperson Fred Mirabelle was awesome. Everyone is so welcoming, I did not feel intimidated. Having purchased a few cars, this 61 woman has certainly met her share of "Cars Salesman"! However, ladies, if you are out there buying or just looking for a vehicle, make this dealership you first stop, I promise it will probably be your only stop. The whole paperwork processing takes a while, but Fred and Ben the Business Manager were great company. I love my new vehicle. This is the second vehicle my family has got from here, my son bought a Nissan Versa a couple of years ago. I was out in my Rogue recently, actually at the Vets and a guy in the parking lot asked me what I thought of my Rogue, gave him my input. Told him to go see Fred at Autofair.

I called about the 2011 Nissan CPO Frontier listed for sale. I told Michael Langlais that that is what I was interested in because I wanted to save some money by buying certified pre owned. Michael worked with me over the phone and asked me to come and test drive it. I came and met him and he had the vehicle all cleaned meticulously inside and out and ready to test drive. He went through the workings of the truck inside and out with me and made sure I understood. I did notice some tar on the bottom rocker panels and asked if that could be detailed before I took delivery. It was and I am very pleased with my overall experience.

I just had my Pathfinder serviced yesterday in preparation for a 3400 mile trip to Washington state. When I purchased this vehicle in Nov/14 I was extremely impressed with not only with the facility but with the sincere professionalism of the personnel involved in the initial sale. I traded in a brand new Subaru Outback for the Pathfinder. The Subaru is an excellent vehicle but was not big enough for my needs. (3 seats) When I was at the dealership which I must refer to as a "Gem" that Nissan is lucky to have, the service personnel gave some very important points that I had missed in my cursory review of the Manual. Upon leaving the "Gem", I was informed that if I did not get satisfactory answers to any questions while residing in WA, by all means call back to them for a satisfactory answer. Ya know, Im in my 70s and have been around quite a bit! I am definitely impressed!

I cant say enough about how great these guys are. The process of buying the car here was more or less what you would expect, though I will say that I feel like I got a fair deal for my trade and that they were willing to meet me at a price I was comfortable with. But incredible quality of their customer service came out when our business transaction became complicated. For reasons outside anyones control, the car I purchased was not ready to take home for almost a month after I bought it. Understandably, I was frustrated with the situation but the guys at Autofair were so helpful and did whatever they could to make it up to me -- even though it wasnt their fault. I think thats a mark of a great business, one that is really concerned with the customers overall experience, understands where the customer is coming from, and will do whatever they can to keep them satisfied. Josh, Ben and Jon were great and I would recommend working with them to anyone. I will certainly go back next time I need a car -- even though the dealership is almost two hours away from home!

Jonathan should get 5 stars, he was terrific. The reason the buying process only gets 4 and the overal only gets 4 stars is because of the financial woman named Ally. She was very pleasant up until she realized that we were not going to pay extra for extra warrenty miles etc. The car comes with 36 months/30,000 miles, we are good with that. Ally lead us to believe the basic warrenty was 60 months or 60,000 miles and we had to pay extra for that to the tune of another $2200. Well, we got it straightened out as to what the true basic warrenty is and it does not include paying extra. Ally became VERY UN-pleasant at that point. So Kudos to Jonathan and as for anyone dealing with Ally, make sure you read the financial contract before you sign it, right down to the last dollar.

I stopped in on a whim knowing I was upside down in my Audi. Brian St. Louis made everything work out and I drove home in a brand new 2014 Maxima. Let me start of by saying that I HATE the car buying experience in general and nothing, not even a live circus show and all the steak and chocolate cookies you could eat while I was shopping (and to be clear, they don;t have either of these at this dealership), could make me enjoy the experience. Having said that Mike St. Laurent and the staff at AutoFair Nissan of Stratham made the experience as painless as possible. Mike was knowledgeable about the vehicles and in the end I got the vehicle I wanted. I wasnt too thrilled with the service plan sales attempt by the finance person (not Mike). It was a little bit of a hard sell, but I survived. Another "bump in the road" was less than 100 miles later the transmission in my brand new Frontier started acting up. The service department supplied me with a loaner and within 4 days had the issues (a faulty sensor) fixed. Not the dealerships fault and really kind a of a flukey defect, but still a bit of an inconvenience overall. On the bright side, I did get to experience the service departments friendly staff.

This was our second car purchase from this dealership. Returned back due to having such a great experience the first time and the 2nd time was even better. I have purchased more than 10 new cars in my life and hate shopping for a new car due to Salesmen. They are always pushy, and I always feel as though they treat me like a child unless my husband is with me. But when I met Fred Mirabelle, my view of salespersons changed completely. My wife, daughter and I were on our first new car buying experince in 7 years, and we were pleased we chose to start at AutoFair Nissan in Stratham NH. We had Jamie Garufis as our salesperson, and from the start Jamie understood we were a bit rusty in the car search proccess, and he knew what to ask in regards to what we were really looking for in a vehicle. Walking in we had our mind set on visiting a few other dealerships, but with Nissan being our primary focus of reliability, nice design and good value, we started there. The sales approach conducted by Jamie was old school courtesy & professional. He was patient to answer all our questions, explaining the functions and attributes of the vehicle, while being attentive in making sure the entire process went quick as needed, but smooth & painless,,,everything covered. At the end of the day we drove off in our new Altima, and knew we picked a good dealership, received a great deal and we were served by a very competent and courious salesperson in Jamie. While this is our first purchase of a Nissan, we expect well be back for a 2nd.
