To be honest I couldnt believe how thorough and polite every member of the staff were. My husband and I own a Mercedes suv and were looking for a newish vehicle that was used that would be great to use to drive to work since I work in LA (live in seal bch). Not only did we find a great vehicle, but I was shocked that they found a party to finance since my credit was very basic since all of the items on my credit were paid off and we all know that having bad credit is almost better then having no credit...and I had no credit pretty much:)..i also put 500 UNDER my planned down payment. .and ended up paying UNDER what my budget was planned out to be monthly on the finance...which is surprising...all the sales man approached and said congrats and mad small talk, Monique was sweet and positive, and the finance dept was very thorough and kind....the experience was great and would definitely be coming back...thanks guys

Myself and a friend went to this dealership on 12-5-15. We are two Black females. The dealership is attached to a house. On the porch there were approximately four men. A worker there got their attention that we were there and they all ignored us for about 5 minutes. Their professionalism was very bad. I went to a couple of dealers and when I told them that I wanted to finance with my credit union they started to change things and the deal was totally different then what we started off. I traded in my 2005 Avalanche for Pontiac G8. I took the G8 for a spin around the corner and I love it. There was just a minor issues such as the battery and it was the alignment. The owner and sales team told me to drive for a week and if I had any issues to call them back. Of course I was apprehensive but the owner assured me that we I have any issue call them. So, I drove it home and the next morning the battery needed to be jumped and I noticed the alignment was off. Took it back and they worked on getting me a new battery and the alignment was taken care of the following Saturday. Like I said they were minor repairs, but the customer service was top notch. Love the owner; and I would buy from them anytime and recommend them to my friends and family. Oh yeah they were even were nice enough to send card on my birthday card. Taking the extra step to having a relationship with their customers.
