"Used Mazda Mx-5 Miata 2014 Club Edition"

I came to this dealership hoping to test drive a brand new 2016 Mazda MX-5 Miata (ND). Although none were available to test drive let alone there were none on the lot to even take a look at, so I decide to look at other Miatas they had on the lot. To my wonder, I saw one that would fit my lifestyle as I was in the process to trade and/or sell my current vehicle. As soon as I was able to test drive a White Club Edition Miata, I fell in love. The handling, the style, the look, etc etc were all there for me to simplify the driving style I have and just enjoy every ounce of what driving is all about. I talked it over with the sales woman who was helping me out to which she was very nice and friendly. I ended up inside the dealer trying to pull some numbers in order to make a fair deal. Not even a fair deal was offered as Sierra Mazda was not willing to help or even take any consideration the needs and wants of their POTENTIAL customers. As soon as this happened, i had to walk away, VERY DISAPPOINTED with the dealership and personnel. Im sorry to say, but that goes to show why they had 0 ZERO sales that whole day. I can only imagine sales during the week or even MONTH...SHEEESH.

"Poor After Sales - Stay Away From This Dealership"

I bought a 2015 Mazda 3 GT from this dealership. First of all, they changed the pricing of my trade in vehicle on what was promised and when I actually went to buy the car (I visited them twice). Secondly, they had one set of car keys missing while taking delivery of the vehicle. They promised to deliver it within a week. Its been 6 weeks since then and I have not received by duplicate keys. I followed up over phone as well as email, with no response. I would stay away from this dealership. I am not sure where all these positive reviews are coming from - looks like their employees or their friends. Be careful when you shop at this dealer and check the others before and after you talk to these folks at Sierra Mazda.

Cindy Jimenez was our sales person and we have never experienced this "no pressure" sales approach as at Sierra Mazda. When my husband and I needed to buy another car we thought we could only qualify for a used car because our credit history was unfortunately not good. My husband saw a Mazda6 on the road and immediately fell in love with it. When he told me about it I was skeptical because it was a new car and I didnt think we could get financed, but we went to look at it any way. Cindy approached us and I immediately thought "Oh no here goes, she is gonna pressure us with what is it gonna take for you to take this car today " All we were doing was looking at it. Cindy did say all the things car sales people usually do and it was refreshing. Not only did she patiently check out all of the features on each car they had available but she told us it wouldnt hurt to check on the financing, even though we were sure we would not be able to get the car. Not only did they get us qualified but we got a BETTER deal on the new car than we had gotten on a used 2012 Nissan Altima at another dealership. The finance manager Ty Elkin was also great to work with. Thank you thank you Cindy. You are now considered part of our family.

I was in the Market for a new car and my Wife and I liked the CX-5 so much. We went to Puente hills first but they didnt really cared about our business. So me, and my wife decided to go to Sierra Mazda and see what theyve got. Ji approached me and asked me how can he assist them today. I told him what we really want but unfortunately, they didnt had the Car that i really want because i was looking for an all wheel drive. They told me they can get it for me so we talked about the price. After 10 mins, we got the price that we liked and they promised us to get the car within 4 days. They got it after 2 days and my and my wife rushed to go there and our salesperson Ji came in on his only day off just to finish and make it happen. Kudos to the Sales Team!

I was in the market for a used car for my daughter. I found the car using cars.com. I called in and spoke with Sales Consultant Alvin Pizano. Alvin met with my daughter, went on a test drive with her and gave her information on the car that she had not received during a previous test drive at another facility. My daughter made comment on how nice Alvin was and how he answered all the questions she had on the car. When my daughter confirmed that this was the car (2013 Mazda3) I began speaking with Alvin over the phone and via text. Alvin and I discussed the pricing and I was set on purchasing the vehicle. Alvin was scheduled off when I was available to come to the dealership but stayed until I could make it in. Needless to say I purchased the vehicle and everything went very smooth. Im not sure about any other services at this dealership but my new car buying experience was awesome here! Tracy and Michael specifically were the ones that assisted me when I bought a 2014 Mazda 3. It was my first time buying my first car and after a MONTH of negotiating online for the price and model from several dealerships, it was a done deal. YES Tracy is a auto sales person but she was very sincere, and straightforward. Interacting with her made me rethink the old auto sales person image I hear so much about. I spent a month and a half researching and being patient, NOT getting emotional and impulsive when it came to spending several thousand dollars. The model of car I wanted was very hard to find because it was manual but Tracey diligently worked to find one for me weeks on end. I came, took a test drive, sat for about an hour and a half. Put a down payment, got the financing payment, and then sent to the finance guy. The finance guy could have been nicer, but I dont mind him. After about 45 minutes of the we were done and on our way. It took about 4 hours total but mind you, the other time was spent on the test drive, where I keep driving pass the freeway exit to thoroughly test it. The other time was me closely examine it and looking at other color options. SUMMARY: -Great experience -Request to work with Tracy and her manager Michael if you can -Negotiate online to several dealers for best price -Do your homework about sales, cars, etc (sales people need to make money too, negotiate a good deal where you save more money than most people, but leave enough room for them to make enough profit to motivated them to help you

Thank you Sierra Mazda you so much for such a splendid experience. Particularly Tracy Chin and Ty Elkin - You both couldnt have made it any easier for us. Buying/leasing a car, especially dealing with a dealership, is always a harrowing experience. The Sierra Mazda dealership, gave us faith that there are honest dealerships. Right from the start, as we waited for our sales appointment, we were greeted by a polite young lady who personable and chipper. Once Tracy, our sales rep, introduce herself, I knew I wasnt with a typical "bait and switch" salesman. Back up a few days prior, I had written several Mazda dealerships concerning a lease for a Cx-5; all of them, save one, emailed us back with canned "come and see so we can talk" responses. Tracy was the only one who took her time with our questions (answered them upfront) in a very detailed and polite email. No sales pitch, just helpful info. Anyways, once we got there, we looked at a Cx-5 Sport and instantly realized we wanted a Touring package. Luckily there was a color my wife liked, and Tracy went over so many features thoroughly, I felt like I had been driving the car for awhile. We were sold. Arrived at her desk, credit check was great, no "let me check with my manager" spiel - straight forward and they were able to deal within dollars of what I wanted, Then we were off to financing and Ty was one of the most personal people Ive met in a long time. He went over every detail, there were no hidden fees or tricks, he didnt try to sell us any upgrades that we couldnt do on our own, and we mostly talked about food and raising families - great guy! Anyways, Ive been a Honda owner for years, but after that experience, Sierra Mazda, if they continue to follow the honest business they have now, will have a customer for life. Test drove a Mazdaspeed3 on Saturday with Alice Nakae, The car was exactly what I was looking for, 4 doors + hatch, racing suspension and clutch; easy to get used to if you have been driving manuals for a while, and the most important part, a high enough horsepower to torque ratio to make you think you are driving a front wheel drive 91. I think Mazda gets its "zoom-zoom" from this car. I liked the car enough to drive the car home on Sunday. They were generousness with my trade-in and the sales people are no pressure and down to earth. I was working with Cindy Jimenez for the purchase. The entire crew is very nice, and willing to assist. I have bought many vehicles at many different dealerships throughout thes years, and I never met the worst finance persons like Mike Hoffman and Peter Tanius of SIERRA MAZDA. They would walk out and yell at you if you do not buy the useless items they sell during the paper works sign off. My family and I came to this dealership because we saw the below reviews. Mike has a bad temper and will throw an attitude if you do not finance your vehicle with with him (I understand he makes lots of money by hot selling most of the products and accessories you do not need. This includes the financing through him). DO NOT let them pressure you and fall for their SCAM to buy anything. Also, they will screw up your credit reports if you get an "Optional Contract" to shop for a lower interest rate with you bank or credit union! Why, they wanted to make all the $$$ by having us paying a higher interest rate, knowing that we have over 800+ FICO score points!b They intentional did not process my pay-off check for my newly purschsed car from my bank. Thus, the financed vehicle would be shown as "No payment" and be reported to the Credit Bureau. This will screw up your credit scores, which what happened to me. Now, we have to spend all these time (5 months) clear it out with the Credit Bureau!!! Mike Hoffman and Peter Tanius are very unprofessional and evil!

Id been writing back and forth with several car salespeople, fleet managers, etc., in the area, but Justin was the only one able to get me exactly what I wanted -- 1) test drive including freeway; 2) best price right off the bat, with no hassle; 3) responsiveness without pushiness. Im coming back to Sierra when I need another car, regardless of make. I didnt go with a Chevy this time, but Albert Montiel at Sierras Chevy dealership was also a stand-up man. After owning a miata for 15 years, I decided to buy an suv. After doing my research and visiting several mazda dealerships, i returned to Sierra, where i had bought the miata. The salespeople that helped me, Cindy and Brian, answered all of my questions, were extremely patient and helpful. After several visits, i finally drove off in the 2014 cx-5. I am very happy with this car and I am satisfied with the price. My only bad mark for Sierra? I went back to purchase accessories, they didnt have mine in stock and will have to order them (thats ok..I understand), but the salesman knew nothing about the cx-5 and had no brochures for its accessories.(thank goodness for mazda usa accessories on the internet!!) Will i return to Sierra? Certainly.

Worked with Justin Brieva (Sales Consultant) to purchase our Mazda 3 i Touring from Sierra Mazda. We contacted the dealer through email for a quote. Justin gave me a quote that was hard to beat by other dealers 50 miles of my zip code. One dealer beat by $100, but I decided to go with Justin, honoring his effort in giving such a low quote. He was very knowledgeable about the brand and car model. He tried his best giving us a better price, even lower than his original quote. I did wish they had more options for the manual transmission model, but I am satisfied with the black color I purchased. The dealership did have a small cafe, play room and activity resources (ie. activity books) for children, and quite comfortable waiting areas. It helped with waiting through the credit checks, financing process and getting the car ready for us. Overall I am satisfied with the transaction and experience.

Mike Hoffman was able to secure financing for me at a reasonable rate even though my credit is somewhat in shambles right now as a result of some major life changes.
