I found a used car online that I was interested in. I called Newport Beach Audi and was able to get an appointment the following day to look at the car and take a test drive. The sales agent was there when I arrived for the appointment. We went on the test drive, he answered all of my questions and about 3 hours later I was driving my new car home! I am very pleased.

I cannot say enough about Audi Newport Beach. This dealership is what every business should strive to be. Everyone there is top notch. We were in the market for a CPO 2015 A4 with a specific color. Found one at another Audi dealership in the SF Bay Area since we live in Nor Cal. Had an appointment and while we were driving the hour to the delearship they sold the car. Salesman did not even stick around to tell us the car was sold (we were told he had other things to do and left). Wife was crushed and near tears when we got there and someone else driving away in "her car." Fast forward two days. Google search directed us to Newport Beach who had just received a lease return. Same year, model and color we wanted. Contacted Jalal who made the process so easy that he worked with us to mark the car as "sold" on Tuesday even though we were not able to get down until Sunday. Booked our flight and got my wife "her car" from Audi Newport Beach. We had a great experience here. This is our first Audi and we will never drive anything else. We will spend the extra $$ for a plane ticket or gas to buy our next Audi from Newport Beach. If you are in the market, check this place out. My money would be on you buying from them!!!
