Our 2017 Lexus CT was serviced for the first time at 5,000 miles. Jeff, the service writer, was attentive, knowledgeable and efficient. Our car was serviced, washed and detailed. We are very pleased with the Crown Lexus dealership and will be returning there for our future services.

I took my car in for a 30k mile service and was offered a shuttle when the advisor said that the repair would take 1-1/2 to 2 hours. I agreed to have the shuttle take me home and bring me back so the advisor said that he will find me in the waiting area when the shuttle is available. I waited and waited and close to 2-1/2 hours later I receive a call on my cell with him telling me that my car is ready and that I can take the shuttle back. Of course I was only sitting several feet from his office so I walked in right after and told him that the shuttle never came (actually HE never seeked me out to arrange for the shuttle!). When I mentioned that the guy just ignored what I said and led me to the cashier. This is not the only time I have not received courtesy with my service there. Once my service took close to 2 hours when I was told it would only be an hour and never once did the service advisor come up to me while I was waiting in the waiting area to let me know it was going to take longer. At another occasion I brought my car in the drive thru area and stood there for 15-20? waiting for someone to acknowledge that I needed service! I had an appointment mind you so where was the advisor to help me at my set time?!

I had an appointment at3:20.Got waited on at 3:35 by Al.I told him the problem and he told me to have a seat in the lounge. Never took my name or wrote up my car. 2 and half hours later I asked the cashier if there was any update on my car. She said it just printed up. I asked her about the service on the car and she said I needed to ask Eric. I found Eric why it took so long, which I understand it was busy, but no-one ever came over an gave me an update or what the problem was with my car. Usually You welcome me take my name come over and explain whats wrong with car. No customer service on this trip. Very Disappointed! We love Crown Lexus,but this put a negative on your service dept.

It is closer to my home so I like using this facility but the customer service was a lot better then in the 1990s than the 2000s. We used to get free car washes and vacuuming at every visit but not anymore.

This was my first time at this dealership and I was extremely impressed with their level of professionalism and the way this place was run. Great service I went in Tuesday morning crown was busy the wait was 1.5 hours but with free WiFi and complimentary coffee and other treats the wait did not seem that long. My daughter did not complain once about wanting to go home.

The service this time was well below my previous visits. My issue with my front tire was taken care of as I suggested. I arrived at 6:40 am and 3 autos ahead of me was waited on 1st. I informed service person and I was STILL the 1st in and last out. I was not happy and will inform the owners of my company who leases at least 5 or more vehicles from this facility.
