I didnt buy my 2015.5 V60 at Viti, but their service group is great. Easy pull-up and drop-off for service, Peter greeted me quickly and re-affirmed my reason for the visit. My car did have an issue and he explained it to me clearly and said Viti would price match for tires when I mentioned where I get my tires. Free wifi and comfortable waiting area. Even though my service took 90 mins or so, it seem to go by quickly since the waiting area was nice.

I attempted to buy a new volvo here and sales staff were disinterested in providing answers to my questions. Spoke with manager and got the old line....sorry for that. I would expect a response such as..Ill speak with my staff and re-train them on good customer service.

After buying an off lease 2013 S60, I made an appointment after almost a year for a 20K service. 2 days later someone drove to my house about 50 miles away, arriving at the arranged time, left me a loaner, and returned a spotless car the next day. The atmosphere at Volv Viti is one of professionalism and competence. The motto seems to be get the job done in a competent and professional manner and treat everyone as you would like to be treated. They understand life happens (a flat tire after a 12 hour shift) they accommodate their customers needs by offering loaner cars, they will pick your car up from your home or work and return it. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, with complimentary beverages and clean facilities. Yu are kept updated on the progress of your repair.

Dave (I believe is his name) in the parts department was also very helpful and courteous. I was also impressed by a gentlemen from sales who overheard Peter and I and took the time to suggest a product to remove a spot on the fabric of the drivers door and actually took the time to test it.

Peter Brown my Service Consultant took excellent care in assuring all the requirements were identified and quoted the replacement costs for the parts and Labor separately. He additionally offered free wash and vacuum service to top the Cherry on the Cone! I recommend Viti Volvo for any Service needs, and Peter Brown as your Consultant!
