Just had a badddddddd experience here. Made an appointment for maintenance service yesterday. I turned in my car at 8:30pm in the morning. The guy said it will be ready at 12-1pm. And he would call me by then. And now its already 3pm!! I took a uber here and the car is still not ready!! Its not even a repair or something. Just a regular service could take them 7 hours. And the most ridiculous thing is the reception girl doesnt have any information in her system. And the service guy is not even there when I arrived. I would drive a little further to DT for my next service!!!Definetley not coming again. I would give 0 if I could!!!

My wife and visited Calstar Mercedes Benz in Glendale looking to replace our BMW X5. As soon as we walked in we got approached by a great sales adviser by the name of Aaron. He treated us with up most respect listened to all of our needs and concerns. No i must admit we were a bit difficult to deal with since we were very particular about the options and colors what we needed. Aaron was very patient with us took his time showing us the inventory and found the perfect car to match our needs. Dealing with him was very easy and effortless, he made us feel very comfortable and got us a very fair deal. He also went as far as sending us a personalized thank you card a few days later. We are very happy with this establishment and recommend everyone to visit them for a Mercedes Benz. YOU ROCK AARON!!!

I went in to look at a Certified Pre Owned E-class that they had on the lot. Carena from the dealership spent plenty of time showing me the car and features, answering my endless questions about the specific car and its service records. Had to haggle down the price, but ended up with a deal that I was very satisfied with. Even the finance process was very smooth.

The salesperson said that the car was a done deal i waited 5 hours in the dealer and at the and he said we have to had $300 dollars more on my payment and i got very mad. Never buy a car from this dealership.

The manegement and especially internet manager was very unprofessional in responding and simple conducting the deal. The worst part she adreed on the price and then went and sold it to somone else for a hire price with out informing me about it.
