Everyone at the dealership was kind and helpful. They explained everything to us very well and, because of a long wait, they did what they could to make us feel comfortable and happy. I dont blame them for the long wait, stuff happens, but I did appreciate how relaxed the environment was. Considering this was a first time buying experience, they did not pressure us with anything and made us feel at ease.

I would say communication wasnt the best and they tried to overcharge for parts. The first quote they gave me had the parts costing $50 more than list price. They only adjusted this after they were called on it. I would much rather have gone elsewhere but I was already going to have to pay their diagnostic fee.

New 2016 Silverado e-assist, during test drive they didnt quiet know what and how does the e-assist work. Going back home in my new Silverado I noticed something doesnt feel right, sometimes the truck does hard down shifts and it also jumps when it come to stop, within 2 hours went back to dealership about 8:00 pm with 45 miles on odometer, I told them about the problem and I asked them to replace the car but they said there is NO WAY possible to do that, I was sent back with an appointment to see service dpt in one week. Took the truck to service on appointment day, end of the day they said no problem found, it still sometimes does hard down shifts and jumps when it comes to stop. This is my 9th new truck -besides the # other new cars have and had- not one of previous trucks different makes had problem like this one.

An excellent American car. I was debating whether to buy the Ford Focus or the Chevrolet Cruze and after test driving both O decided to go with the Chevrolet Cruze. The turbo kicks in nicely and calmly and isnt overpowering nor calls attention- which is important to me. I purchased the LT which has a built-in backup camera which is very nice. Its definitely a smooth ride and a good car. The interior is nice, too. The back trunk has a good amount of storage and opens up with a click on your keys and inside your car, too. Before choosing another vehicle I highly recommend you test drive this vehicle and see what I am talking about. I had a pleasant experience from the minute I stepped inside the Glendale dealership. Josh, Ara, and Danny were very helpful. I had spoken to Ara prior to arriving and was greeted by him. Danny was there to work with me and get me into a comfortable position to make affordable payments! They really worked with me and I appreciated that immensely. A terrible place to buy a car. They deceived us about our trade-in and were entirely unprofessional. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone and would stay away from this dealership at all costs. Perhaps I should have know something was amiss when I asked to test drive a car, and the salesman had me pick up his managers lunch- I kid you not. Plain and simple- these people should not be in business.

Things are crazed around there right now with having to deal with all the ignition recall stuff. So my minor repair took much longer than normal (they kept my vehicle overnight) they were not great at keeping me updated or returning my calls for information. I like my tech (Eric) and think that this is more of an anomaly than a pattern. The repair tech left a bunch of black ash on the carpet. But sure what that was about.

My only complaint would be regarding the shuttle service. I had made it plain in the morning that I would need a pickup in the afternoon when I was dropped off. Then again when the service dept called with the estimate for my repairs. When it came time for the pickup the shuttle was not available and I was forced to scramble to make other arrangements. Other than this I have no problem with the service or repairs. The shuttle is one of the main reasons I continue to bring my truck to the dealership. this was a huge disappointment.
