Very helpful staff and efficiently put me in a new truck! I would do away with the silly form you asked me to sign stating that if the vehicle was affordable and what I liked, that I would buy it that day. I nearly walked out, but instead crossed out the word today. That was an insulting psychological ploy used by horse traders, NOT reputable auto dealers. There is no one that wont buy the car they can afford and like as soon as possible. Other than that caveat, I felt the normally painful experience of buying a truck was not unpleasant. Thank you! On no. 2 question above, I will recommend people to your dealership, but advise them to refuse to sign that silly form.

When calling to set up initial appointment to see what the problem was Billy the service writer was amazing. (courteous, Knowledgeable, professional). He made sure that things were going to be done in a timely manner, and what worked with my schedule. Then once the problem was diagnosed he ordered the part and said that he would be in touch too set up the appointment to get it repaired. Billy called a few days later a appointment was set up and even told me what the time frame was going to be in order to make this particular repair. Billy was simply awesome and Faith Ford should be so proud of there dealership and their professional people that work there.

The staff went above and beyond. On our way to dealership we ran into road closures due to a parade. The woman on the phone talked us through all the windy back roads. When we arrived they took us right in and got us right out. They went over all the details of service. Truly they are the best. My husband is a bit of a car freak so he has owned basically every brand of car at one point, from BMW to Chevy to MB to Honda?with his used cars Ive spent lot time in dealerships service and Brattleboro Ford service is hands down the best. I feel horrible I dont remember the womans name at the service desk as she deserves a huge shout out.

I like dealing with our salesman at this dealership. He is always very friendly to my wife and me. The dealership gave us a real nice vehicle, Ford Edge, on a very good deal. It have just under 10,000 miles, so we paid a lower price, but it is a good vehicle for traveling around the East Coast to visit with family and friends. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from the dealership with this salesman. We may try to purchase another used vehicle soon here, but are not sure yet.
