My wife and I came here hoping to buy a car. Manager very pleasant at first. He showed us the manager special online and we agreed we might like to see it. My wife is 9 months pregnant and we were very specific about the vehicle we were looking for. He then sent someone to retrieve the car. What they came back was in NO way similar to what he promised to show us. Different color, different trim, basic model. I could have found the same care for thousands less at any Ford Dealership. I guess I know what the manager special is now. Come on guys, you get one chance to show integrity! Bad form.

But as long as that problem is documented. I have no problem in case that air noise gets worse.

"I Wouldnt Go Anywhere Else."
2013 Premium Mustang Convertible. First let me start with saying that I would not take My Pony to anywhere other than Caruso, but a few months ago I had my brakes done for $279+change and when I brought My Pony in this last time for The Works I was told that I needed to have new brake pads put on sometime in the near future? So, I do not know what is up with this and I really do not want to pay for another brake job (that would be twice within a few months of the same year?)! Could you please look into this for me and let me know what is going on with this? Also, I have not had the recall regarding my airbags done yet, although I have received the message regarding such numerous times.

I brought my car in primarily for routine oil change, etc. Since it is still under warrantee, I wanted the mirrors to fold back when the vehicle isnt in use. Jesse Perez checked and "found welcome me home feature was inop. Updated body control module to latest calibration retested passed." It worked beautifully for at least 24 hours, and is once again "inop."

I brought my 2007 MKX in for the 90,000 service and chose to wait at the dealership while my car was being serviced. Although it took much longer than I had anticipated all the staff was professional, friendly and helpful, so I didnt mind the wait. I had a chance to chill out and "really" read a novel which I usually do not allow myself much time to do at home,. Caruso provides you with comfortable lounges, coffee, drinks and other goodies, and they also offer a courtesy car if needed. My car has exclusively been serviced by Caruso (formerly Long Beach Lincoln/Mercury) since I purchased it there 8 years ago, and I plan to continue to do so in the future.

Although my keys were lost @ the time I went to pick up my car, Don Mace takes care of me and goes above and beyond to help out in any way, which is always appreciated. The female office staff in the trailer were also extremely courteous and friendly. I cannot recall the name of one of the dark-haired female managers who was there at the time of the ordeal with my lost keys, but she was also helpful and very nice. Sorry I do not remember her name. My keys were eventually found and all was right with me and my Ford Edge. Don offered to detail my car for the inconvenience, which was a nice thing to do. I also would like to thank you for providing shuttle service for the customers. It is a great that it is provided. All the shuttle drivers I have come across are so friendly and pleasant. Being in a customer service based job myself, I understand what it means to provide legendary customer service to those you deal with. Despite a few mishaps here and there with your service department in the past, Don Mace has always stepped up and made things right. He really is the reason I decided to keep my Ford Edge and not exchange it for another vehicle because of the excellent customer service he provides and still continues to do so, whenever I have to take my car in for service. Don is professional, makes you feel like he really cares, friendly & gets things done! Thanks Don! Thanks Caruso Ford!

I was not planning on purchasing a new vehicle at this time, but due to unforeseen issues with my Ford Flex having a major mechanical breakdown, I was left in the position of repairing a car with 100K or buying a new one. I decided to buy a new 2015 Edge with the 2.0l Ecoboost engine. So far I love the new car. Very comfortable and very good looking.
