I never meant to buy a car that day in fact the dealer wasnt open yet. As I was browsing Eric Alpuche greeted me, asked if I needed help and I said I was just looking. He wasnt pushy at all which is what I liked. I told him I was looking for my grandson and told him I liked the Accord Sport SE. I told him what I could afford and he said lets take it for a test ride and if I could get you the payments you wanted can we make a deal. Long story short I bought the car told him I would be back with my grandson and family. He made arrangements to have the car cleaned, put a bow on it and when my grandson arrived showed him other used cars then brought him to this beautiful modern steel Honda Sport SE that made his day. Thank You Eric for being so helpful. You were great to work with.

The service department is terrible. I left my car and ask for a loaner which wasnt available at the time. They offer me a shuttle to wherever I need it to go due that my car was going to be there for several hours. Once I was in the vehicle the shuttle person told me he couldnt take me back to my home which is 10 minutes from location. He can only go 2-5 miles from the service location which is ridiculous. I usually do my service on Ventura and they have dropped me at my work location in LA. If they would have told me all these details before I could of made other arrangements. First and last time visiting this location.

The internet price is a trap. Internet price plus 10% plus 3.99 APR and the sales manager told me i forgot the dealer accessories. If you guys cant sell the car for that price, dont put the discount on the ads please.

Loved the people. Friendly, professional, courteous. Jesse Passillas was our salesman - young, honest and very willing to listen to our criterias in what we wanted to get. Two thumbs up for Jesse! Troy and his manager Clinton searched high and low at all the dealerships in Southern California to locate my dream car, a 2017 Civic hatchback sport in sonic grey. And the finance process with Luis was amazing. Luis very helpful and kind, I appreciated he and Troy for not being pushy. The sales person is very nice and patient. He showed us all the cars we wanted to try and did not play any games. He came out with their truecarprice right away, and we didnt have to haggle at all. Ive been to many dealers and usually you see many buyers seating and waiting for the sales coming in and out. We saw a few buyers, but no one was left untended for very long and things moved along. Aggressive pricing and easy feeling atmosphere is awesome! No stress car shopping experience. Highly recommended!

My wife and I were looking for a 2017 CRV. After visiting a couple of dealerships in our area, we were disappointed that they werent able to give us a good deal because "the vehicle was too new" and they couldnt offer any incentives. Searching through cars.com we found a vehicle that we liked at a price that was appealing to us. I called the dealership and set up an appointment for that same day. Within 45 minutes of arriving we had already closed the deal . This is a great hassle free place to buy a Honda. We will be back in the summer to purchase an Accord from them.

Between Shanna, Troy and Danny, for the first time in my life I got exactly what I wanted in a new car. They worked hard to find a Black Forest Pilot EXL and tracked one down. All my life Ive compromised on the color of the car that Ive gotten, but this time I couldnt. I had to have the green. I was and am still so excited about my Pilot. I have them to thank for that. They also gave me a good trade in rate for my 2001 Jeep Wrangler. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Chuck Cruse was also awesome and got me hooked up with my local credit union so I got a 1.98% interest rate and I didnt have to go to the credit union to do the paperwork like I originally was planning on doing. Seriously, the people here are really nice. They know what they are talking about and theyll get you what you want and at a reasonable price without being pushy. Take a chance... :)

I went over to find a car with a friend and my husband a while back and ended up being helped by a young man named Ralphael. I must say he was very observant with our needs and gave us the best offer. He said from the beginning he would take care of any issues and just as he promised the whole process was smooth without a hassle. At first I was nervous since buying a car is a big deal and very tedious but he made us all feel comfortable. Everyone was very attentive. If I know of anyone who will ever need a car I will definitely recommend they come here and speak to him.

I found a used Pilot online and sent an email from their website and also called about it. Everett was very helpful. I visited 20 minutes later and they had it ready for me to look at. No pressure, just a nice test drive with great conversation. This was our first time here and Id recommend it.

We had a very pleasant experience at this dealer. Purchased my Pliot thru Internet sales manager, Doug. He was very straightforward and sold me exactly what I wanted. No sales pressure and he was very nice. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and didnt waste any time getting the job done from financing to signing the purchase contract.
