I am finicky when it comes to auto service. Cars matter. This week Peyman Kahen excelled when I went in at 7AM to the dealership for service. Not only did he get me my car back before lunch, he kept me in the loop by phone and email regarding the service in progress, and made sure I got my car back to my satisfaction. That kind of attention is rare. Hats of to Santa Monica VW for having first class team members.

I went into VW Santa Monica to see if I wanted a new car from VW. I walked away with a beautiful Jetta SE! My sales guys Raufel Muhammad was patient, informative and I never felt pressured to buy. Then I met my finance manager, Tamer Askarieh, and he was just as amazing! Explained all of my warranty options and was so full of knowledge! I walked away very happy with my purchase and feeling confident that I will receive this same attention in the future. GREAT PEOPLE HERE!

We have been buying VWs at SM VW for 15 years. The reason we keep coming back are the people and Odell Hadley in Service is a perfect example. I brought our 2017 Tiguan in for 10K service and a bad radio. Professional, polite, respectful of my time. By the time I was home I already had a message that they had to order a replacement radio. First thing Monday morning I get a call from Odell that the radio is in, that he put me on Tuesdays schedule and reserved a loaner car - all without asking - he just knew what to do. A company is only as good as its people (I can get a good deal on a VW anywhere) and Odell is the perfect example of why I will remain a happy SM VW customer for another 15 years. BTW they have a great coffee machine in the service waiting room.

My air-conditioning in by 2003 VW Bug went out, as a caregiver this needed immediate attention! I set up my appointment that afternoon and arrived at 7:30 A.M. and was introduced to Odell Hadley. After explaining my situation and need for my car, Odell explained step by step what they would need to do and the time it would take, also letting me know that they had found an issue with the power steering, again explaining what needed to be done and an estimate of costs. After some time Odell came into the waiting area and explained that this was going to take longer than originally thought, again knowing my situation, Odell made arrangements for a rental car so I had a vehicle at home in the event of an emergency WOW! As promised Odell called me the next day with an update and estimate of time needed, later he called to say the part needed for the Power Steering would not be in until the following week but that the Air Conditioner was fixed and I could come in and get my car. Over the past years I was fortunate to have the amazing service of Peyman Kahen a true professional! I am more than pleased at the kindness, understanding, and professional care given me by Odell Hadley, as an older citizen it is so nice (no wonderful) to find service and personnel that do the job as it should be done! I brought my 2009 Jetta in because of a recall service that was required on the brakes. It ended up taking more than a few hours, and I needed to leave it over night. The service mgr, Odell Hadley, immediately called to inform me of this when he found out... and was extremely helpful by offering a free rental car. He also took the time to explain exactly what went into this service on the car, and walked me over to get some of my belongings out of the trunk - could not have been more helpful. When I arrived the next afternoon to pick up my car, Odell had it waiting out front ready to go. Just another good experience dealing with this service dept, which I highly recommend.

Thom Painter helped me out with the routine service on my car. He was very clear and concise - he made the process as simple and easy as possible! Thom was great with walking me through the different aspects of the maintenance, and pointing out what I can expect for my cars next check-up. Dropped my car off first thing, and it was ready for me to pick up by my lunch break. Will definitely be requesting Thom the next time my car needs servicing.

My salesman, Eric Miller, was great and worked hard to insure I got the car I wanted at a good price. He was attentive to my concerns and I am very happy with my new Passat!
