I contacted this dealer trying to buy a car that was listed on cars.com The sales person couldnt find the car as it was not at the facility, I had to forward him the ad, I did so on the 23rd of December. I told him I wanted it and then was promised that they would send forms to me to sign (the following day). The weekend came and went with no word so I sent another request, the form finally arrived and it was returned Absolutely NO reply Worst attempt to purchase a used vehicle EVER

The dealer has been an absolute pleasure to work with! They sold me a 2017 BMW M2, which is very difficult to find and most dealers are charging a hefty premium for. Not only did they sell me the car at the listed MSRP but they did not even ask me for a deposit and I am an out of state buyer! The salesperson, Jory Barnes, is extremely professional, knowledgeable and has been quite helpful in the process of buying this car and making sure it gets delivered to me without a problem. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to buy or lease a BMW and wants to be treated with respect, courtesy, honesty and professionalism. These are qualities that are in short supply with the car dealers where I am from in Miami!

"Horrible Customer Service"
Very horrible customer service. I went to test drive a Pre-Owned Certified car on August 4th with a pre approved loan letter to buy the car immediately if I liked it. I liked the car and at the end of the day I gave them the loan letter deciding to buy the car. The sales advisor told me that the loan processing would take a day and that she would give me a call when the car was ready for pickup. Also I pointed out to a few repairs that needed to be done for the car before I picked it up. I did not receive a call at all. Finally I decided to call my sales advisor on August 8th to check the status. I was given a few contact numbers and asked to talk to of which none of them answered. I called my sales advisor again and now she asked me to try calling them the next day. The same thing happened the next day and my sales manager again used me to called the next day again. Finally on August 10th I decided to go to the showroom to get things done. When I picked up the car after all the trouble, none of the repairs that needed to be done was finished. The sales advisor promised to get it done in a week but never after the purchase of the car got in touch with me. I HAD TO KEEP CALLING THE SERVICE ADVISOR EVERYTIME. Again after which I decided to go directly to the service center and get things done. But this time they would not give me a loaner car unless I had an appointment. I took the appointment for the next week on August 23rd. I was promised to pick up the car after service on August 26th. And then the story repeated. THE SERVICE MANAGER now does not respond to my calls and never lets me know about the status of the car. It has been a week and I still have not yet received my car and the SERVICE MANAGER IS NOT PICKING MY CALL!!! MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

The second sales person could not find my car. Car ended up being at their service center. I was told i would get a call as soon as they get it there. Never received a call. I called twice, first one, sales rep was off, second call and voicemail was ignored.

I bought my first car from BMW Beverly Hills and at first I was completely satisfied and happy with my purchase. How ever sale rep Jeff DE LA Cruz attempted to remove some scratches on my passenger side door. So instead of driving off with my new car I left it over night so that the scratches can be properly buffed out. The next day I returned and when I picked up my car it was sitting in a shaded area and it appeared that the scratches were buffed and painted properly. It wasnt until I was home that I noticed that they had packed the wrong shade of black on the scratches and the paint did not blend at all. I was so disappointed and was informed by Jeff that they did the best they could so I left it at that. One month later I went to the service department and my service agent noticed the door and questioned me about it. He was very upset and stated he use to work at the BMW detailing department and reported the job Tha was done on my car was awful and could have been fixed a lot better. He was able to tell me which shade of black they should have used and everything. It was an annoying situation. The man began taking the paint off by hand and stated that if he had a buffer he could get the scratches and the wrong color paint off better. The service agent did the best he could but Im unsatisfied with how sloppy of a job they did in the first place.

"Horrible Service Department Customer Service"
I took my car in for routine maintenance and to look into an issue with the A/C. I was informed by my service advisor that the A/C issue was due to a previous accident of which the body shop had not fully fixed the issue. He insisted that I have the service department perform the repairs as the body shop would "only cause further issues." At his advice, I trusted that this would be dealt with in a timely and professional manner. It was anything but. My insurance company and I requested an estimate several times only to be ignored as this was needed for insurance to give the go-ahead to proceed with repairs. What should have been a 2-3 day ordeal ended up lasting 20 days, thus exceeding the total number of days for the rental car on this claim. The original body shop stepped up and agreed to pay for three of those days. All the service department did was place blame and not accept responsibility for their delays, even though they are well-documented by my insurance company. I am now stuck with a $650 car rental bill that they refuse to cover. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. It is now 2 1/2 frustrating months later and the service department continues to place blame on everybody but themselves. Even my insurance company is appalled at how they have handled this. Both BMW and Beverly Hills BMW has lost a customer.

My car has had electrical panel issues often and it has inconveniently taken 5 appointments to take care of it properly. They changed the panel after two years with the same issue. Furthermore they forgot to tell me twice that my car needed to stay overnight to be fixed although they promised it ready by 4pm. Once they left me without a ride and they had to pick me up after hours to get my car. The counselor Jaques Riley would never give me a heads up unless I call the office. Overall this has been inconvenient and stressful. Also my car never got an alignment. Its a strategy to have you buy new tires once the lease ends. First they told me I needed two replaced and then only one. I will file directly to consumer affairs and bbb. I left messages to the service manager and never got a call back.

"Great Experience For My Tire, Oil Change Service"
I discovered a slow leak in one tire (thanks to the BMW TPM system) and when I came in to BH BMW to have it checked out, they took care of me immediately. Turns out I was due for an oil change anyway, so while they awaited authorization from BMW to replace the tire (I have the wheel/tire insurance), they did the oil change. Entire process took less than 60 minutes. Thanks to Dung Trinh, Laurie Down and Ernie Sumen at BH BMW.

I have been visit this location for my all three generation BMWs and my services adviser Mr. Dung Trinh is wonderful!! He is really thoughtful and care about his customers. I highly recommend him. As for customer services area, I dont feel as welcomed as to the services area. the girls over the counter were slow and talking, laughing with many personal stuff. After the free shuttle car dropped me to the Grove, I waited more than 1 1/2 hr for the car to pick me up.. worse come to the worse, I cant even get in touch with the customer services line. NO ONE ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!!!! How can this happened? Ended up I took my own Uber services back to the services center.. that was a pleasure thing to do at all. Gladly, the service mgr. Laura called and made an apology to me. so, I am get over it. Just hope that the customer services people more helpful in the future to other customers. ,
