I went everywhere looking for a deal that would best suit my wife and I. Were newlyweds and neither one of us has credit. Herme Gonzalez was the sales rep who by some miracle got us in A 2013 toyota camry with 6.9 interest rate. Thats just unheard of. Every other dealership told us they couldnt finance us since we were "ghosts" as they call it. If you need a car go see Herme ! Hes a great salesman.

I was looking for a great reliable used car and searched all around OC and IE used car dealerships and right when I was getting frustrated and over the whole process I came across the dealership and thought its near by and has good reviews and prices. "Typical Sleazy Used Car Lot"

Salesperson wasnt knowledgeable about either the service history or the mechanical condition of the vehicle, which is crucial for high performance German cars. When challenged about the aftermarket intake system without a CARB sticker, salesperson became defensive. When challenged about the aftermarket paint job, salesperson understated that as a "minor accident, where the body shop did not do a good job matching the color, no big deal." When i test drove the car, i was told i couldnt take it to the highway because they didnt havea dealer plate for the vehicle. Overall, the experience wasnt shaddy, high pressure sales tactic was employed. Not a pleasant experience.

Outstanding experience dealing with Ace Motors. At first I was apprehensive about driving from so far away, but they had exactly what I wanted (Ford F-150 FX4) and Jake walked me through the whole truck with me over the phone... I asked about everything on the trucks condition, tires, scratches, stains or rips in the interior, lights, gauges, leaks, etc. Jake assured me that I would really like the truck and wouldnt be disappointed if I made the "trip" over there... It was a three hour drive and I dropped the fam off at Disney expecting this to be an all day process but their manager had all the paperwork already set up for me when I arrived. The whole process was less than an hour and I was able to spend the rest of the day at Mickeys house. Couldnt have asked for anything more from those guys at Ace. Lots of "slight of hand" and deceit. I dont think these guys are ethical or honest in their sales. Very shady tactics like the other post mentioned. Read the very small print and not what comes out of their mouths. One salesman says one thing then the other says something different and when you make the trip to their lot, neither told the truth. I would never go here again.
