I used to drive all the way to Boston from the tip of the Cape to avoid the former BMW dealership located in Hyannis and their depressed service managers - the staff at funeral homes were far more pleasant. Thank goodness for the new ownership, service staff, and building that represents BMW of Cape Cod. Rebecca in the service department is outstanding, as is the manager of the department. No more long, overnight trips to Boston; the best is now here. Even though I own a BMW, my family situation is such that I cant afford a lot of repairs. This dealership goes out of their way to present solutions and to not gouge you or insist on something you may not need right away. I trust them 100%, and thats saying a lot for a car dealer.

Had an absolutely great experience. Purchased a pre-owned Mini that had just a couple of minor issues. The issues were taken care of immediately and without hesitation. This was probably the least expensive car on the lot, but it was handled as though it were the priciest. Cant imagine being treated better. From the first test drive through the purchase process the customer service and overall experience was very enjoyable. A non-pressure atmosphere with the sales team as they are not commission based. In my case I was looking specifically for a GT and when I first visited they had one on lot, but told me that they would have 4 more arriving the next day and to wait and come back to see a larger selection. The cars were in pristine condition as is the dealership itself. They provide a very high level of customer service pre and post purchase with a complimentary shuttle service, BMW tech experts on site to answer your questions and a very knowledgeable sales staff.
