It has been over a year and this company has promised me a part that was missing when I bought the car. It is a small part, just cannot stand when someone wont stand behind their promises. I have been told for this whole year that they will order and send. Nothing.... Now they do not even answer the phone. Get it in writing.....

Looked around this website and found the car that I wanted. Traveled a good hour and a half getting to Starline Auto Sales and I didnt regret it. Test drove the car, a Mercedes CLK320 and it was great but I found somethings that are wrong with it and the dealership fixed the problems right away. No problems with the vehicle yet and they guided me through the process of buying it.

I am so glad people are finally realizing the integrity of this business. I worked for Hussain for about a month. After After having to bite my tongue seeing him scam people...every person with which he dealt, and sell them lemons to people, I had to quit. I wont get into details, but please be warned. The owner and his ethic,and moral are completely fraudulent. Initially I thought about buying a car from him. I am so glad I ended up working there instead. I cant imagine what might have happened.

In reading the reviews below, It is clear the dealer and probably his friends wrote them, because there is no way that any of them are re true. They are all written in the same pattern. I have bought 2 cars prior to my last purchase of a 2000 mustang GT. The dealer has amazing prices and a really easy financing process. I didnt have god credit at all lol, but they made it happen. I had to put a little work in the cars I bought but nothing out of the usual mainetenace on a used car. They helped me with everything !!! Definitely recomend them and plan on going back there in the future.

Bought a convertible audi from here in late October. The top wasnt working when I went to see the car but I was told it would be fixed in a week. So I put $2000 down that day and went back a week later and the top wasnt done!! They didnt every tell me that it wasnt finished and I had traveled an hour to get there. Ended up getting the car mid-November and 2 weeks later had to replace the alternator. ONE WEEK LATER the engine was shot. I understood that by buying a USED foreign car I would come across some issues. But come on. Hossein and Starline Auto Sales thanks for nothing. And p.s., the finance company Lobel Financial is rude.

The customer service was great but the vehicles have motor issues. Even though the prices are economic, you will end up paying more to fix the car specially when no warranty is given. Hussein appears to be helpful and gives a "lower car price" however he is not honest about the conditions of the cars.

"Finally An Ethical Used Car Dealer!"
I have been looking for an all wheel drive wagon for months, after going to a half a dozen used car dealers and getting the run around and the scams, I came across this dealer, Hussien was helpful on the phone and e-mailed me extra photos of the car along with the car fax before making the 100 mile plus trip. When arriving at the dealer ship you can he was busy, but the car we were looking fro was on the front of the lot, and ready to go. After a quick test drive we discussed that the car might need an alignment and some front tires, he sent it straight to the tire shop and tires put on as well as the alignment, at his expense, he wanted the car right for me. He was very firm on his price , no negotiations there, but he did give good value for our trade in and did take care of the issues with the car, so we were happy. With that we did the paperwork and waited for the car to be ready. Once it was ready we were on our way home, Well that is where the problem came in. within 20 miles of leaving his dealership the car had over heated, I called Hussien and he had us have it towed back and quickly offered 3 options. 1, he would get the car fixed and we could pick it up when it was done, at his expense, 2 we could just unwind the deal and be done, or we could swap the deal to another car on his lot. After heavy consideration, we opted for the later and got a beautiful BMW from him, he said he didnt have room on the price, but still worked with us as it was a much more expensive vehicle. They didnt have to work with us, but did. And proved that there are still honest car dealers out there. Thank you, we will be back when we need another car for the family.

Although the facility is not the hottest looking one around the guys working there are awesome!! They are really helpful and honest. I purchased a vehicle from them almost a year ago and have not had any major issues. However I have had one recent issue that has surfaced and the guys there have been awesome with their customer service and have been more than willing to assist in resolving. Highly recommended!!!

Probably not the most attractive of facilities however the staff there is GREAT!!! they are very friendly and very informative. I bought my 2002 Jetta from them last year and have had only one issue that was expected for a vehicle that old...One other issue has recently surfaced but the staff has been more than willing to work and ensure that it gets taken care of. Great guys that have shown outstanding integrity and are willing to work with you. Highly recommended!!!!

I saw a Kia Amanti for sale and called their internet manager (Hossein) and he indicated that the car was still available. My wife and I went down to their lot and he quickly introduced himself and showed us the car. We test drove the vehicle and liked the ride, but there were some cosmetic issues we were concerned with. Hossein promised he would take care of these and still negotiated a discount on the car. We put a deposit down and returned a few days later and all the issues were taken care of with the exception of one. He promised that we could bring back the car and fix the last item. He has kept his promise with all the fixes. Granted, the office is small, but he made us feel welcomed and the environment was friendly. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone and have already suggested them to my son-in-law. Keep up the good work Hossein.

I saw a Kia Amanti with low miles on cars.com and called to see if the car was still available. Hossein (internet manager) mentioned that it was. My wife and I went down to the lot and test drove the car. It drove fine, but there were some cosmetic issues that we didnt like. Hossein negotiated with us on fixing most of these issues and even gave us a further discount on the car. We placed a deposit and came back in a few days. Most of the cosmetic items were taken care of and the one that was not, he instructed us to come back and he would take care of it in a few days. In a day when people dont do what they say theyre going to do, its refreshing to deal with someone who comes through with his word. The office is by no means on par with mainline dealers, but he made us feel welcomed and the environment was friendly. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone and I already have my son-in-law considering buying a car from them. Keep up the good work Hossein!
