So glad MB of Ontario is keeping up with todays customers. After doing some extensive research, we knew they had the vehicle we wanted. We called and gave them an offer over the phone with a simple "Can you do it today- yes or no?" question. After checking with management, Yogi, a very kind and professional sales consultant, called back and agreed to the offer. We came that same day, signed and drove away with a new car. Apart from a little hiccup about which county tax rate to use, the process was painless and saved everyone the usual nerve-wracking negotiation with the "closer". Everyone was friendly and cheerful from the moment we walked in to the moment we drove off. Special thanks to Yogi for making the deal happen in the most attentive way possible, to Afshin for his extensive technical knowledge and to Frank, the Finance Manager who raises the bar for professionalism and inspires confidence during the "paperwork" process. I went into the Mercedes Benz dealership as my lease was at 120 days out, and I wanted to explore my options. I left with a 2017 beauty, without any hassle or conversion. Anthony Del Toro was amazing. Because I didnt plan on actually purchasing a car right then, I had my daughter with me who hadnt had lunch. Anthony fed my daughter snacks and made her so comfortable. Having a vehicle in Rancho Cucamonga is a necessity, but have a customer service team that tends to you and your family is luxury. Thank you Mercedes and Anthony...a winning team.
"Horrible Customer Service Experience"
I was told about a car that was not yet available and the sales person told me he would call me if it was ready. I waited 2 days for it to be ready and when it was finally ready, I drove 2 and a half hours to the dealership, AFTER THE SALES PERSON TOLD ME THE CAR WAS READY FOR ME TO PURCHASE!!! When I got there the sales person told me the car was just sold!!!!! Wow!!!!! Horrible customer service!!!! And they didnt even help me find one that was even comparable in price. The closest price was over $5000 more!!! STAY AWAY!!! The sales person was named AJ and the Manager Elie!!

We went there to check out leasing of a car. Larry is excellent. He lay out all the option and pro and con. So we can decide ourself what we want to do lease or buy. The follow up of Fletcher Jones is excellent . We went there on Wednesday. But we werent ready on the day . They call me and invite me to test drive the GLE. I end up buying A GLE. We have been to other dealer in West Covina. Just cant compare them together ,totally different approach . I would said I prefer Ontario over West Covina.

Our experience with Fabrizio was above our expectations. He truly cares about you and what the buyer thinks of Mercedes Benz of Ontario. Another wonderful thing about this dealership is how quickly the financial matters are taken care of. Bernard took care of our purchase and because of his experience we could trust him. The sales manager Michael gave us a free lunch as the new car was coming from another dealership and he wanted to be sure we were taken care of. All in all you should look no further when buying a car here. This was our third purchase and it doesnt get any better.

Fabrizio and Waseem provided excellent service through the entire buying process. I had to wait 3 months for a factory order and both gentleman were there to answer any questions and tend to any requests throughout. When it came time to pick up the vehicle Fabrizio and Waseem did everything right to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the purchase and purchase process. Even up to the end of the process when I was settling some of the final details with one of the finance people, Jabbour, I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I went through this whole process expecting some bumps along the way but hoping for everything to be smooth and easy. At every step of the way I was pleasantly surprised at just how smooth and easy everything was turning out.

In my past Ive made many car purchases in various cities for various levels of cars (high end, mid level); but I can say this was the best experience Ive had. 1) no pressure at all at any point in the visit. 2) Fabrizio was informative, supportive and helpful during the whole car selection/ options process. This was a car for my wife, and he was great at giving attentive service to her, while guiding us to the right car at the right price point. 3) Johnny made financing simple to understand and gave advice/counsel on recommendations.
