There is always room for improvement. Over-all my experience was positive. While waiting I did speak to sales and they took the time to see if a trade-in could be done. I didnt want to waste their time but they still went through the motions. I still have my old vehicle. The service tech came out and told me what was happening and the problem he was having. I felt very well treated. I will return to this dealer.

30K maintenance package performed. Service provided was excellent and timely; called in the morning and was able to bring auto in on the same day with no problems. Only complaint was the labor charges (expensive)

"Do Not Deal With First Ford"
The short answer is: Do NOT deal with this dealership. The longer answer is; After emailing with this dealership for two weeks and getting responses to my inquiry about what my trade in value might be (I gave them the details, the VIN# and history), the responses were; "were close", "sounds good", "all we need is to verify your credit history". So I visited to let them physically check my vehicle which they did, but I was not ready to buy that day. During the following days, I emailed again asking if they could increase the offer and they advised "no, we can only offer what we promised". When I emailed, who confirmed the trade in was good, they advised "J--, the "manager" who looked at your car" (really just a salesman I later found out). Good enough for me I wrongly believed. So I went back the next Saturday to make the deal, saw the same salesman and it was like I was never there before. The salesmans manager came over for the first time and advise, "were thousands apart". I said, no, I was in here last week, you looked at my car, I reconfirmed the offer during the week. He asked "who made that commitment"... I showed him the email confirming the trade in price. He gave no reply, left for about 3 minutes, came back and advised, "We cant make a deal", and whisked me out of the showroom. This dealer will do anything and say anything to get you into the dealership, hoping you will "cave", I guess once there. This is a poor, unethical, IMO, dealership and business practices. Im an ex-Ford employee (so price of the new vehicle was set in stone by Ford. I am embarrassed by this dealership representing Ford, a company (not dealership network), I have admired for years. So, in my opinion.. DO NOT DEAL with First Ford.

Everyone at 1First Ford is very helpful and kind! Best dealer I have been to in my life (I have been to many also in my life time so far, including Chrysler and Many Toyota dealers). Everyone at 1First Ford was so kind and helpful, before, during, and after purchase. They took their time getting me a great price, sales people are kind and very helpful (not even the one you purchased from) even after purchase, they actually care after you purchased to make sure you love your new vehicle!! Managers are kind, helpful, and actually talk to people!! Service manager was very helpful (as parts department also) to a very very small problem, and continue to talk to Ford directly on the extremely small issue to correct it!!! This is actually my first ford I have ever owned and so glad I went to 1First Ford for it!! Thank You all at 1First Ford!!!!!

My only complaint is that the multi point inspection sheet didnt have any measurements on it (battery voltage, brake pads, tread depth, etc.) tires were marked green when I know they are getting close to needing replacement (as indicated on my last sheet from another dealership. It does make me wonder if anything was done, I feel like the oil change and tire rotation was completed though.

I went in for an oil change -the service was quick and easy. The only thing that would have been nice was a car wash. I guess on Saturdays that service is limited. I did however receive a call from the manager today and he apologized for the mixup. I guess car washes should be done regardless of the day. It was nice to hear from the manager personally in following up with my oil change. I will return for future services.

I bought a 2016 Explorer XLT. Michelle Blanchette was very helpful online and more willing to work with me compared to other dealers. The worst part of a car buying experience is the haggling back and forth and there was very little to none of that. First Ford wanted my business. Also, the customer service girl, Lexie, was fantastic. Great buying experience.

Mitch Lown was fantastic setting everything up. My only problem was you body shop took my car on Monday when I dropped it on ft. I received a call Friday afternoon saying they needed to order the paint. So my car was there for four days before they started to work on it. My right front fender was scratched and needed to be repainted. Long story short I had a rental for 11 days. The Ford Escape they offer does not fit my needs, I need a taller vehicle due to health issues. You should offer taller vehicles for loaners. The job was fantastic when finished, the staff great!

The service was great the day I went on to have a problem checked. My car ended up with a problem that required it to stay for it was not safe to drive. They set up a loaner car for me immediately and I was able to get back on the road. I received a call the next day before noon to let me know that the part came in and my car was ready to pick up .... After work that day I was able to go there after their business hours, drop off the loaner and pick up my car. Service & staff were all great to work with!!!!It was a pleasure to deal with the service staff at First Ford!

Good service but I had asked to check my 4wheel drive and abs lights that are coming on and they told me it would be $130.00 just to put it on computer. That is crazy! Also I had asked for the code for entry and was told it would be $30.00 for the code, that is also crazy but they must have gotten code before they asked me to pay, then gave it to me anyway. So...I really dont know that I will go back because the prices are crazy high for the average person. I will say the coupon deal for the oil change was a good deal, thats why I went and had it done there. The girl that helped me, Dianne Prince, was great! So, I will find a mechanic to help me with the Abs and 4 Wheel drive lights coming on because I cannot afford $130.00 just to check and then another big chunk of money to fix it. Sorry First Ford but your prices are out of reach for me.
