Was shopping for an SUV. Audi and Lexus were at the top f my list but decided to check out Hyundai and Kia as more affordable options. Wow! Glad I did. Jean Madi and Mike Khartabil were amazing. Knowledgeable, patient and low key. When I told them I was going to check out other dealers they said they understood and hoped I would come back but if I didn’t they wished me luck with my choice. Of course I went back. The Kia Sportage had every bell and whistle I could ask for and more. The cost for a fully loaded Kia EX was less than the luxury base models. I bought my SUV that day and am very happy with it. Check out Kia of Irvine. You won’t be disappointed.

"Expected To Simply Turn In My Kia 2014 Soul"
Another Kia dealers lease offer was unacceptable, but Kia of Irvine worked hard to retain my business. Even though I had ordered a Buick Encore, I really wanted the 2017 Soul. Kia, however, doesnt offer cool colors in the Souls they fully load w/options. Not the dealerhships fault and they searched for a car that I could live with (1 having most of the available options, but I had to settle for White). They found one with a nice red accent/trim package. I got all the options I wanted, EXCEPT for the vented seats which I will regret come Summer! I realize now that I should have turned in my leased 2014 earlier in the model year for Kia of Irvine to find a 2017 with ALL the options (yucky color choices would have been no different - thats a Kia issue that I will take up with the Corp ofc). So, I cancelled the Buick order and have been driving Bianca (the nickname I gave to the 2017 in White), for several weeks. The ride is far superior to my previous 2014 and the Blind Spot detector & Apple Car Play are wonderful new features. Kia of Irvine threw in a few perks to make up for the missing Vented Seats option. so, I am happy with the deal we struck & the service provided.

Every single time my car gets damaged even when I go in for a simple oil change. I would not recommend you buy here if youre planning to service here as well. They do not take care of your car. I thought I was buying a 2017 Optima. I was given some literature that said 2017, and some that said 2016. I wasnt sure what I got until I went through the paperwork at home. This should have been clarified right from the beginning. Ive now been told that Kia did not make 2017 Optimas, but I have no idea why when the car was rated so highly by Consumer Reports.

They offered one price for my trade in Toyota 4runner but put lower price, less $1000.00 on contract. I was so tired, that didnt paid attention & sign contract. Used car costed me as new. I canceled their financing and went to. California Credit Union for 0.9% Watch your contract and numbers. Finance manager will scramble numbers on pice of paper for you and after hand shake will take his paper with offers with him. Make sure you get his writing with you to finances to do final paper work. Alex Z.

My new used Camaro :) I live in Palmdale California I was in the market for a used vehicle. thank you cars.com I found my camaro I submitted a request via email salesperson Curtis called me in 10 minutes. Arrangements were set up for the following day I arrived at 12 noon the car was parked in the front of the dealership Just waiting for me :) Curtis and David were excellent in communicating & providing excellent customer service . Mr. Tim took over for Curtis ( maybe it was his end of shift) Tim was excellent he was very friendly And had knowledge regarding any vehicle+ Mr Tim then took my camaro to get a full detail car wash including wax. I was out of that dealership no more than 2 hours i then received a $25 gift card. ( High five¿) Note: Kia of Irvine take any trading and pay average to excellent Kelley Blue Book value. they didnt hesitate to take my car and they paid off the full balance++

I am always pressed for time, so I found it very impressive that they can now communicate via text, email, and by phone to make the process go by faster and smoother. This purchase was my first time ever dealing with Kia, so its common for the magnifying glass and white gloves to come out. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted as if everyone already knew who I was. I was offered beverages during the short wait, and the quality of service was not sacrificed even though there was another deal going on at the same time. Jeremy in Finance was also a pleasure to work with. When it was time to drive off the lot, Tim made sure that he walked around the car with us to show us all of the features and how to deal with them. While this may be routine for the dealership, I havehave never had someone do that before so I was really impressed.

Purchased a 2012 Kia Optima on May 4, 2013. I was looking for a used Kia Optima and had been looking for a couple of months. My son found some online at Kia of Irvine in our price range. I drove over to meet with Sales Consultant, Mike Rogers who showed me a number of used Optimas and Mike didnt hesitate to open up all of them for me to see the interior. We chose one for a test drive. Mike was knowledgeable about Kias and gave me an even better understanding of the Optimas performance. There was some negotiation and we agreed on a price. The experience was a positive one, hassle free and all done in a reasonable amount of time. Great customer service!! Thank you Mike for being patient with all my questions and for all the information about the Optima! Jordan was very helpful on a previous visit showing me a number of cars and having them ready to test drive. Justin McMillan provided all the information I needed to make the document signing straightforward and timely. His experience and attention to detail made all the paperwork thorough and clear. I also appreciate the great service by Used car manager, Kevin Jones for providing a courtesy car waiting for me as they did some final detail work. The detailing, which Shannon did, made the Optima like new. I would recommend Kia of Irvine where they take the extra time to give great customer service, and thats what sells!
